Stayed at Mantri's to attend a wedding at the same location. It was very convenient to be able to access the room easily close to the wedding venue. However, the entrance to the hotel has about 7-8 steps which older people may find difficult to climb. It would have been nice to have a walk-in entrance without steps. Service was excellent. I requested extra towels which were immediately provided. I also requested grace time for late checkout which was also accepted but I didn't need to use it as we were able to check out on time. We had a delicious breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. Mantris is located in a central shopping area which was extremely convenient for some last minute shopping. One thing that can be improved is the bath/shower area which has a short curtain that lets water to spray on to the bathroom floor making it wet and slippery. Also, there was no bath mat so bathroom floor stayed wet after bath/shower and extra caution was required to not slip on the floor. Overall, I'd recommend Mantris hotel and look forward to staying there again.
