Property is good with all amenities and rooms are damn good.

This is a very old hotel with average services. Old mechanical phone in room with no service directory, no locker / safe in the room, no alcohol or outside food allowed in hotel so you cannot do room party, old bathroom, avoidable breakfast. I would not recommend.

Lovely Hotel with some glitches! Spent 3 nights here in Dec 2019. Service at this hotel is slow. Our bill was incorrect which wasted a bit of our time. Shout out to Kirti and Monika for the friendly assistance. The New Years eve gala dinner was fabulous.

Terrible, mosquito infested hotel with dirty sheets. I booked a deluxe room with KING bed and was placed in a room with twin beds and mosquitoes. I had to leave to another hotel the next day and hotel refused to refund my money for the two nights I didn’t stay. They kept trying to force me into other rooms. I looked at two other rooms and tried to stay in one and still had mosquitoes plus you could hear the sound of water trickling down from the room upstairs. Hotel manager, Ischan, was terrible and refused to take my calls. Please don’t attempt to leave some silly response to this honest review. I travel all over the world and this is the first place I’ve ever had to leave and make a serious complaint about. I hopes hotels.com takes them off their bookings. I will post video and pictures if there is an attempt to dupe people into thinking this is someone just complaining for no reason. I have due cause. Horrible place. Made my visit to Goa a bad one and tainted my India trip.

Park Regis is not 5 star it’s more so a 3 star. When we checked it there were stains in the bathroom and on the towels. Staff on the front desk are not trained to deal with guests, they were at times rude to us when we complained about the stain and other issues. 2 Out of the 4 nights we stayed here, we had to be out of our room for a few hours cos the door wouldn’t open. This was late in the night after our dinner at around 11pm. Front desk tried with their master key but that wouldn’t work either. We were stranded for over 2 hours each night. They promised a taxi ride to the airport which never showed up and as a result we almost missed our flight back to Mumbai. I had to arrange for my own transport to the airport. What a terrible experience at this hotel, one issue after another. Stay away from them. There is the park right next to this hotel which looked more like a 4 star.

There is construction going on at one section of the hotel. Lot of noise and dust. The room size are great. Our shower had no warm water and phone was not working. Staff is very friendly. I won't recommend staying until the construction is complete.

Excellent property. Very convenient location. Easily accessible to Baga Beach. The interiors is very nicely done..

Comfort of the stay was overshadowed by the Messy breakfast !! You can say bad planning or just sheer negligence, the chaos was because 1) the live order was placed just above the spread area where you has regular breakfast displayed. At any given point of time, there were 10-12 people standing there to collect what they had ordered for and a bunch waiting for them to move away so that they could either place their order or take food from the spread which was blocked ... 2) the tables were too close to each other making it rather impossible to navigate your way through... !! Not expected from an international chain where certain set of standards should be maintained. Leave aside me staying there, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.... specially not for the price one pays.

Swimming pools need good cleaning. Over all good comfortable hotel with good staff. Manager interested in improving quality and gets insights from guests.

Biggest complaint is the door doesnit close properly and contantly beeps when not closed. Family leaves doors not shut due to kids coming and going so really a noisy place. The staff are friendly and accommodating BUT they are lacking in training. The decor in general is a little dated. A little but slow in providing the service you require. The food and beverage is just outstanding, the food quality is 5*****

An amazing hotel recently built in the heart of Arpora. Money well spent. The only drawback is that transportation is needed as there are no beaches/restos/bars at walking distance.

Topmost plus point is Hotel Staff Very courteous staff Prompt, friendly, helpful Chef Sidney prepares delicious dishes which caters to all the taste buds Overall Full marks to staff and hospitality
