On the street leading down to the beach. Good area. Nice bar/restaurant right outside, I think it was called Le Petit or something. Tuktuks outside which will take you to Palolem. I think the beach was better at Palolem but this was a nice quiet neighborhood and only 10 minutes in a tuktuk to Palolem. But if you could pay by card/online rather than by cash it would be an improvement.

The property was well maintained. Located in a quiet area. 3 minute walk to the beach. Washroom had plenty of hot water. Highly recommend staying at this property.

It's basic and clean. As the name Patnem Beach implies, nearly all the bar /restaurants are literally on the beach, so you'll be bringing plenty of sand back to your room, so you don't need anything fancy, and with friendly staff, I would recommend it.

We had one of the little bungalows - really pretty and spotlessly clean. There are a group of five of them to the side of the main building. Value for money is good, location also good, but my one and only issue was the noise from the traffic both on the main road 50m away and the beach road which the property is on. Royal Enfields make such a racket, as do the buses and vehicles who seem to find blaring their horns constantly a necessity. This is obviously no reflection on Regina Residency and perhaps we were just unlucky so i wouldn't hold it against them The Chai House around the corner serves great breakfast and sells delicious samosas at 10 rupees a pop. Try it!

Отель неплохой, домики сделаны добротно, мебель не старая. Мы жили в экономе. Кровать комфортная, удобные полочки в ванной, шкаф закрывается на ключ, имеется стоячая вешалка - что тоже очень удобно. Дополнительный поюс - чайник. В номере две розетки, что тоже хорошо. Небольшая веранда с креслами и столиком. Персонал доброжелательный, нас заселили пораньше без проблем и дополнительных взносов. Горячая вода прям горячая, с этим все в порядке. Не первая линия, но до пляжа недалеко - минут 7 ходьбы. Из минусов: очегь нагревается домик, он на открытой местности и сделан из панелей, которые сильно греются. Не смертельно, но не очень комфортно, ветилятор не спасает особо. С уборкой так себе дела, за 5 дней нам ни разу не предложили сменить полотенца, два дея стоял на крылце мусор, никто не озаботился вынести, хотя мы специально попросили уже. И очень шумно ночью, отель практически на дороге: люди, мотоциклы, собаки воют беспрестанно. Нет полога в номере. Хотя насекомых мы не заметили, комары ночью покусывали. Интернет с перебоями и не очень хороший сигнал.
