Excelente punto para el turismo pero la cama era TERRIBLE, como dormir en una colchoneta, los cinco días que estuve en ese lugar pasé con fuerte dolor de espalda. A pesar de ello, el personal muy amable y cortés.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. I highly recommend.

Good staff always ready to help. WiFi worked well and there was hot water. The room and bathroom was clean for Indian standards. New Delhi station is a short walk and so is metro station. Overall good for a short stay in Delhi

Wish I had stayed somewhere else, it was a disappointment. Nothing horrible or unsafe, just rude staff and mediocre everything. The area is nice, though. The beds are comfortable enough. The water gets warm (not hot) and only lasts 5 min. THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK (at least in the building I was in). Breakfast was disappointing. I paid for a nicer room, and don’t feel like I really got anything by doing that. If you’re looking for something simple and don’t need wifi, this place will work. Wish I could have had a more pleasant last stay in India.

Smyle inn was absolutely the best choice for my stay in Delhi. All employees are friendly kind and very helpful!! They tried their best at all times to fulfill all our needs and go beyond during our stay. They also provide extra services like car transfers to make your travel easier. Great location in the middle of the main bazaar road, 10 mins to the metro and train station. Rooms are large and okay to India standards. Seems to be the choice of many internationals. They have a lovely rooftop where breakfast is served every morning. Breakfast team is great! Special thanks to Amitji , Aliji, Rahji, Mohanji and Muksji - for your friendliness kindness and warm smiles.

Our stay at Smyle Inn was really good, the bedroom is nice, with air condition. The breakfast on the roof top was very good. Only negative point was that they didn’t come to pick us up at the airport.

5 Min zum Bahnhof, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal und recht sauber. An sich ein in Indien typisches 3 Sterne Hotel: etwas in die Jahre gekommen und unglaublich hellhörig. Gut für Backpacker für wenige Nächte.

My experience is worst as there is only a 5 feet road in front of hotel and there are poorly maintained public toilets in the beginning of the road which smells horrible. I would not recommend this hotel for family,

Very kind and pleasant staffs. Safe and comfy stay for foreigners and locals. I’ve enjoyed the terrace and the morning breakfasts.
