Hotel was good for just night stay room service to improve check out was bad , no one at the desk left thr key on desk left

Nice place easily accessible rooms are clean restaurant attached service response is good parking also available

Hotel is really shabby. Pictures are totally misleading. The room was not very clean either. This hotel does not deserve even half of the price they are charging . Totally unsatisfactory experience.

We booked the hotel suvarna residency as they had very good review online and when we called them to confirm our booking to our surprise they suggested us to stay in their new property (Suvarna Comforts) which was very close to Mysore palace and other tourist places because we wanted to sight see the places during our stay and it helped us cover more places in short time. also they have their own travel support which was a added advantage. we were picked up from the travel support as complimentary from railway station on the arrival day. Thanks to the Suvarna group for such a wonderful service.

It was a great stay. Loved it.

The hotel is not according to standards we expected. Rooms are clean but small and the staff is ill trained and doesn't speak any language other than Kannada. Not worth what they charged.

Le 2 eme etablissement où le propriétaire nous a gentiment emmener est proche du palis et du centre de la ville. La chambre était néanmoins très petite, les chambres plus grandes ne comportaient pas de lit double. Confort rudimentaire mais satisfaisant pour le prix payé

Staying with Suvarna Residency was a wonderful experience with great service, amazing south Indian food and comfortable rooms. The front office staff was very friendly and helped us arranging taxi, guide and sight seeing. Ask for Mr. Kashyap (Seemed to be the owner), he shall help you with his local knowledge. We even got room upgrade for 50% cost to a better and more spacious room. Thanks for Suvarna Residency management team, will visit again soon..! :)

The hotel is located in a very decent locality close to many tourist attractions and shopping centres. The front office staff was very kind and allowed us to take the room before the check in process as we were very tired. The hotel staff was very humble and pleasing. Room was neat and well maintained. Service was good and food was excellent. They have in house vegetarian restaurant attached where we were escorted by a room boy for complimentary breakfast. I was happy to see they provide package water and morning newspaper as complimentary. We were given good info about local places and they arranged taxi for local sight seeing. Overall the stay was very comfortable and I recommend this hotel for economy travellers.

When we reached the hotel ,the staff at reception didnot give proper response.He said that our booking was not confirmed which was quite shocking.However,we showed the print-out of the confirmation mail.Then ,we were allotted rooms which were not made up.On our insistence,the rooms were cleaned ,bedcovers changed etc.On the same day in the evening,we were told that our booking is not confirmed and that they had not received any payment from Expedia.They were showing us their bank account vouchers.When we insisted that we had already made payment through Expedia,the owner of the Hotel said that they donot have any understanding with Expedia.We were completely shocked and upset by such behaviour of the owner.He said -I WILL NEVER ALLOW YOU AGAIN IN MY HOTEL! Having travelled world wide ,we had never come across such humiliating experience.We had booked through Expedia ,going by the excellent reputation.On the last day ,the hotel staff demanded the entire amount of stay (hotel tariff).The only consolation available to us were our friends who were locals of Mysore.They had to intervene and sort out the matter.Infact, my children and I went to railway station with our luggage while my husband was held back.All the while we wooried as to whater he would make it to staion on time.By God's grace with the help of our friend's , my husband could reach the station just on time. Please check with the hotel authorities so that no other tourist faces such harrowing experiences.

Out of many hotels this one is my worst experience ever. Noting worked in a louse and outworn dirty hotel

This hotel was ok, a bit over priced, for the same price I have stayed in better hotels in India and within the same state. Its not very close to the train station or any of the sight seeing places. The staff were helpful although i did get some information from them which was wrong, but it was christmas day and so probably an unusual case. The restaurant adjoined with the hotel was quite reasonable and the staff were very friendly.

Good: This room stay is in a decent residential location with nearby shopping places and restaurants. I wouldnt say this is a hotel, its a room-stay option or Lodge. Hot water all thru the day. decent Television Tea / coffee of request - at cost - not free Bad: Bad car parking area. I had booked a Deluxe Non-AC room thru Hotel.com and the reception lady gave me a tiny standard room (got to know from the room boy). I had to argue with her to get my deserved deluxe room. This is a matter of trust where I feel I was cheated.

Good central location allowing easy transport to all site seeing places, good eateries around the hotel, Clean rooms with all basic facilities considering the low budget, Recommendable for those who want a clean low budget hotel in good locality or for a short transit trip.
