工作人員從櫃台到餐廳到房務都很樸實盡心的在服務並做好份內工作, 清潔度很满意, 房務每天都會準備小禮物給女性客人, 餐廳小了點, 開的時間也晚了點, 餐點有時出餐分量及內容不統一, 但你的要求他們都會盡力去達成。SPA 非常好。

叫車服務不夠好

I stay here multiple times and it never disappoints. Central location but still away from busy and noisy areas. Service and food is consistent throughout the years. The best hotel in this area after trying many other hotels. Special mention to Paranthaman and Rajiv Gandhi from housekeeping who always my room is clean and comfortable. I had some issues this time when checking in and the housekeeping manager immediately rectified it and followed up through my stay. Service is unmatched. I will always return here.

Construction and Loud noises should be made aware to customers before we check in. And because I changed the date of reservation, the price was bumped up.

Great service , clean rooms and outstanding breakfast . Tried southern spice for lunch and it was in a different league !!! Will definitely return.

Holiday was perfect. Room service was immaculate, pool was amazing, and the food was divine. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday.
