The stay is great overall. The room next door was under construction at 5th floor, quite noisy.

nice staff even though we checked in the very late night.

如果單純來出差在飯店工作，這裡會是個好地方，因為飯店服務滿分，早餐也很豐盛。但是鄰近區域沒啥特殊的，要出門逛逛都要搭車才能到。

服務水準好~早餐棒!就是附近微荒涼弱了點~

服務生態度都很好，我不小心少訂一天，依舊讓我住，再補訂房即可！服務十分到位。

It should be OK for a hotel in India. Bed is clean. Foods are also good and clean. Waiters are very nice. Room maybe little bit old, but is still OK. I should chose it if go to Chennai.

They upgraded our room. Good food. Comfortable stay.

Friendly & helpful staff. Cleaning can be better in the bathroom. Good food.

The property is not well maintained. Bathroom fixtures, tables, cabinets and closets are dated. Staff appears to be very helpful but there is not much coordination amongst them. They are very courteous. Food is over priced, doesn’t deliver on the expected value.

Overall staff were friendly, buffet break fast was good, in room dining service was good. Housekeeping staff was very courteous . I enjoyed my stay. One request : The rain shower is too strong . The flow of water must be reduced. Also there should be a note how the rain faucet can be used .

I have stayed here two times and it has been a pleasant experience both times. D. Valentina and her team Juju took care of us like a family. All staff were super respectful and go to great lengths to keep you happy. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Accord Metropolitan hotel is excellent and friendly staff. Generally excellent.

Everything was good but most importantly the communication part. As we had to check out very early in the morning, we decided to pay the full amount the previous night in order to avoid any delay. Well only to know that while we were returning the keys to the front desk, one person there mentioned that we need to pay the tariff for the room. The front hotel staff could have mentioned the same to us to avoid any inconvenience to us the next morning. There was a lack of communication and also giving us the correct invoice. Because S mishap, we were delayed for our Grihapravesham function, as family and friends were waiting for us.
