Staff needs customer service training

Dark rooms, average breakfast, rollaway bed was mattress on the floor. Staff was helpful. Close to train station.

The lighting is poor in the room & very bad in the toilet specially the shower area

Staff at reception was really nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is ok Room is nice but carpet are not clean. Need to be vaccumed, as it is disgusting

Hotel staf were courteous,room was quite,and breakfast buffet had lots of variety.

Our stay was excellent..The service staff in restaurant were excellent.I have never had reception staff just hand me paper work for review without even looking or acknowldging me..My food bills dropped in front of me..Not added or anything..Very poor performance. The Quoram cleaning staff were more efficient and well trained than reception.

The staff was absolutely outstanding! The hotel is sparkling clean, everything is well taking care of. I had some personal issues and they were gracious to accommodate me. Absolutely recommend it!

The hall carpet on the second floor was stained. The chair in our bedroom was stained. The sheets in the bed were stained.

They are advertising free internet on Expedia. They did not honor this commitment and charged me 600 rupees a day plus taxes. False advertising, I feel cheated, This is not a 4 star hotel.. maybe 3 at best, The yogurt I found in the hotel restaurant was 1 week past the freshness date, ( it was soupy and I did not eat it)

It was a one night stay in this hotel. Overall we both were very pleased with this hotel. Hotel bed was very comfortable. Room was nicely decorated. Restaurant service was also good. Our room came with the breakfast, which was very good.

First time traveling to India, I wasn't sure where to stay - I asked a friend from Mysore, and he suggested a few places. I chose this one after reading some reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality accommodations. The bed was pretty comfortable, and the room amenities (TV, fridge, sitting char, bathroom, etc) were well appointed too. The only complaint we had was the speed of wifi service, but that was an external problem to the hotel - it's just the local high speed bandwidth isn't very fast. I would stay here again, and recommend to anyone who is traveling to or thru Mysore.

I was disappointed. The sofa in the room was stained. The linen in the room could have been a lot cleaner.The bathroom had no foot mat. I was told there would be wi fi but there wasn't.
