I would highly recommended this resort. Villa was so beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Food was great as well. I had a pedicure from the spa which was done by Susanthi. Highly recommend her service. Ari and Agun were amazing in organising the site vist tour for us. Agun took care of us very well during the tour. Honestly can't fault a single thing with this resort. We had a lovely time.

住宿收費訂價偏高 -- 因與同性朋友前往烏布, 但大部份的酒店都沒有二張床設備, 所以選擇了這所別墅, 淨房價每晚約 $1395, 訂後二天竟變成是$900, 既不是限時優惠折扣, 所以感到很不值, 每座別墅有三間房(其中二間房是雙人床), 所以客廳、厨房和泳池是共用的.設備簡單但舒適. 原來我所訂的房間是屬於小童房, 地方這麼大但房卻這麽小, 連放兩個行李都不夠位, 要把椅子放到兩空位中間, 還要把垃圾桶取出才可把行李放到枱下.廁所沐浴地方與街外只一牆之隔,可聽到街外的人聲,感覺很沒有安全感.員工服務不錯, 因位置偏遠, 酒店有免費自行車(數輛)和交通接送(要預訂), 早餐份量一般,男士可能不夠.

Nous sommes arrivés le 12. Nous sommes repartis le 12 dans un autre hôtel car il n’était pas du tout adapté pour des enfants en bas âge. Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur l’extérieur et une à l’intérieur s’est barré d’un mur. Donc c’était impossible pour nous de dormir à l’intérieur, sachant que nos enfants étaient de l’autre côté, c’est en bord de route très sale alors que le pays n’est pas sale en lui-même, la propreté n’est pas les images sont pas du tout exact. Comparé à ce qu’on voit, ce n’est clairement pas une sécurité et la réception n’est pas ouverte 24/24 car nous sommes partis en laissant les clés posées sur le comptoir et il n’y avait personne, je ne recommande pas, j’ai payé ce séjour pour rien. J’ai dû en repayer un autre qui lui était parfait, horrible, un regret. j’ai l’habitude de voyager dans des pays et de prendre sur Hotels.com. Mais là vraiment je suis clairement déçu, je n’ai même pas eu de remboursement concernant ce séjour qui n’a pas eu lieu. Nous sommes partis et l’hôtel ne nous a même pas contacté ou quoi que ce soit pour nous demander ce qu’il s’était passé ou quoi vraiment pitoyable

The three bedroom villa is located on street level, backing to a busy road. Even late at night you can still hear motorcycles passing. There is a rattling sound from the window in the 3rd bedroom as well from the vibration of the air conditioning. Just make sure to bring ear plug if you are staying in the 3 bedroom villa.
The villa is clean, but bedding, linen, especially pillows definitely need updating. There is a persistent musky smell on the bedding, and unpleasant smell coming from the pillows. I have informed the front desk, and resorted to use extra towels to cover the pillows.
There is no water dispenser in the villa, and no cutlery provided in the kitchen too. We did request to the restaurant which were provided promptly, but it’ll be good to provide some basic cutlery in the kitchen.
Staffs, food (restaurant), and massage were excellent.

The staff really went out of there way to make sure our stay was comfortable & exceeded expectations! Only thing i didnt know is that rooms are not "together". Booked a 2 bedroom & my room was in one private space & 2nd bedroom was maybe 10 steps outside. But its a private space with a separate outside living room with kitchen & your own private pool

The manager and his team went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The massages we received were top-notch, and the food is presented like works of art. Luwak Estate Ubud was the perfect place for our family of 6 adults. The place was a Bali haven for us we never want to go out and explore as the place is so tranquil and perfect if you just really wanted to relax. It’s surrounded with natural lush greenery and you feel you’re really one with nature you can hear all insects’ sounds at night which I really love. Pool is nice but it would be better if the water felt fresher but we still enjoyed it day and night. The massage was really good and if only I can give 10 stars out of 5 to the whole staff then that’s the rating they deserve! They even went out of their way to put our breakfast on take-away boxes at 4AM as our flight back home was really early. They were so welcoming and warm, excellent service! Thank you for taking care of us all and we hope to see you again!
