Saya sama sekali tidak stay disini. Contact yang tertera disini adalah dari pihak pengelola dan memiliki servis yang sangat mengecewakan. Saya booking untuk evakuasi banjir sekitar jam 9 kurang dan tidak kunjung dihubungi oleh pihak travelio hingga jam 11 siang. Pihak pengelola mengatakan saya harus buat janji untuk terima kunci karena mereka tidak standby. Kemudian kami janjian untuk bertemu di lobby utk menerima kunci tapi petugas tidak kunjung kembali hingga setengah jam berlalu. Ini sangat sangat merugikan terlebih dana saya tidak bisa di refund.
