The services that this hotel offers are really good. The receptionists are available 24/7, so you can check in at any time. Also, if you nearly miss breakfast, the restaurant staff will call you to remind you. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Bali for a holiday.

It was a lovely stay. The room was great and clean. The staff were super nice and accommodating, especially Dewi, who guided us for the check-in. She remembers that we have to check out super early to catch the boat to Nusa Penida and gave us the “go to” breakfast, which is giving extra miles vibes! Thanks!

Akana Boutique Hotel is a wonderful oasis located in the southern area of Sanur, Bali. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped and if there was anything needed, we were catered for. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff really made all the difference. Most addressed us by name and all went above and beyond. This is a gem of a place to stay.

The staff is very nice, and the property is lovely. This area is noisy and smelly if you’re sensitive to that. Too much smoking, exhaust, and other smells. But the hotel itself is wonderful, walking distance to the beach, and best of all, more vegan and vegetarian choices than I saw anywhere else. And they were delicious.

Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel.
Die Miarbeiter sind freundlich und machen einem den Aufenthalt mit aufmerksamen Kleinigkeiten zu etwas ganz besonderem (z.B. kleine Kunstwerke aus Handtüchern gebastelt und nette "Guten Morgen Briefe"). Das einzige was etwas zu bemängel ist, ist die allgemeine Sauberkeit. Die Bettwäsche ist an manchen stellen schon sehr abgenutzt und vergilbt. Kleinere auffällige Flecken sind auch sichtbar. Die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs lässt leider auch etwas zu wünschen übrig. So sind die Gläser nicht immer ganz sauber/klar und auch die kleinen Teller am Frühstückbuffett weisen oft Flecken und massive Gebrauchsspuren auf. Für uns nicht weiter schlimm und soll lediglich den Leuten als Info dienen, doe großen Wert auf westliche Sauberkeit legen.

This was our first stay at Akana but hopefully it won’t be our last. The hotel was excellent and certainly lived up to the wonderful reviews it has received.
The room was large and very comfortable and well laid out. The bathroom was great with a large shower and plenty of hot water. The balcony of our room (#307) was nice for relaxing in the afternoon sun.
The pool was very good and never too crowded - we always managed to find sun lounges when we were there. Breakfast was provided with our room and we always found something appealing and tasty on the menu.
And finally the staff - everyone without exception was happy and smiling and making sure that our stay was a memorable one. AND IT WAS.

Ein sehr gutes, kleines Hotel. Saubere und große Zimmer, kleiner schöner Pool, sehr gutes Frühstück mit kleinem Buffet zusätzlich a la Carte, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal! Zum Strand waren es ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß, Supermarkt gegenüber, Restaurants um die Ecke.
Gestört hat und lediglich das Zimmer zur Straße, was uns etwas zu laut war, plus morgendlichem Wecker um 5:30 Uhr durch Hundegebell.

Loved this place and all the hanging plants and birds flitting around. Beautiful room, comfy bed and a very warm welcome from the staff who all remember the guests names. The pool is small but refreshing and it’s got free deckchairs on the beach too. Breakfast is excellent - choice of any drink, any item off breakfast menu PLUS full buffet too.
