One of the best resorts I've ever stayed in Ubud. We stayed in the room with the deck, overlooking the jungle. The landscape was immaculate. Staff was helpful and so friendly. Got the chance to experience rain, which we totally loved! Definitely will go back there again.

Reflecting pool face long and deep jungle which is unbelievable.organic breakfast is so delicate with butler service made me feel like a princess.they change menu everyday.and during breakfast the staff would talk to me and try to know my need and feelings,very friendly and caring.all these made me came back again after experienced one nightmare with another local five star hotel.room is extremely clean with Morden design.the superior room in the second floor ,deluxe room in the first floor so u can have a balcony and big bath outdoor.and have bamboo and rattan curtain,so during night u can have a bath with natural.monkeys and squirrels and many insects can be found but they never hurt people,they r interesting my son really love them.staffs have high quality here.they r like my family,they remember my name and smile all the time with sincere,not like another local five star hotel staffs only smile money.in alila,they really care my feelings every moments.activities like movie night and afternoon tea and Bali performence made my days and nights sweet.M impressive with their profeesional management system.first day I felt the servant didn't mentioned me when I order food.I told the manager,she took this issue seriously and promise me it would never happen again. the next morning they really improved a lot.I do see they care the guest much and details and try to do better.and staffs help me to took my credit card in the previous hotel far away,very helpful.alila is a home

The resort is old with few amenities. There is little space for fun.
The shower room is not convenient. For example, there is no space for placing the fresh clothes.

本次我入住的是豪華標準客房，位於一樓，正對著著名的峽谷美景，有一個小露台可供休憩，不過夏天蚊蟲很多，基本上都是關著窗戶的；房間佈置感覺並不新穎，而且也沒有網站上所說的壁爐與電視，而且我的房間兩天熱水一直有問題，無法持續穩定的供應熱水，我甚至無法在房間泡澡，因為放到一半便只剩下冷水。反映後只告訴我因為熱水用完，要等40分鐘，但其實根本還是沒有熱水，隔天給了另一個房間，熱水問題便解決了，所以其實是那間房的問題。
整體而言，房間較為普通，但風景泳池餐點都令人滿意。

This property and the staff were absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't have wished for a better start to my stay in Bali. I stayed here for 3 nights and had a hill view room with lovely views, granted that I had to be ready to face monkeys as they did come and walk along it, hang off chairs etc. Be mindful to keep food out of sight. The ambience at this hotel is chilled, calm and helps you to immerse in the culture. I loved it and would stay again. The hotel sent me a tray of desserts expressing with a card wishing me well after I sustained an injury on an excursion. Such care. Also the food here was out of this world.

beautiful property. People are friendly. lovely pool. our 303 villa is gorgeous. the recommendation from a lady manager? to restaurant Begawan Biji was unexpectedly enjoyable. We didn't get to see UNESCO rice terrace due to big crowd, so the visit to this restaurant made us feel better..really enjoy our massage experience (love the flower bowl underneath head pc, so can stare at flower, instead of ground). The cocktail is weak (maybe is all southeast asian thing?) & taste ok? food option is limited and service is kinda slow. in all, very good and happy. will recommend to friends

Smuk udsigt og rolig beliggenhed.
Men servicen var ikke særlig god, personalet var ikke særlig glad eller smilende.
Maden var ikke god, de prøvede at lave alle retter med et tvist, men det fungerede ikke. Vi fik det alle dårlig efter frokost i restauranten og min søn kastede op.
Og total misforstået underholdning. De satte en dame til at synge opera og Elvis sange! Vil da have skøn balinesiske musik når man er i Ubud.
Fitness er i en mørk kælder uden vinduer og gamle maskiner.

Lovely welcoming staff. We stayed in a one bedroom terrace tree villa. Highly recommend the room. Good free daily shuttle service into Ubud centre. Monkeys are highly entertaining- just keep your distance:)
