lokasi hotel strategis, kamar spacious, bath room juga bersih, staffnya ramah2 semua dan sangat helpful, mulai dari front office (terutama mba Femmy) dan juga staff lainnya sangat informatif.
House keeping (terutama Pak Agus Chandra) terima kasih untuk little giftnya setiap kali cleaning room, keluarga kami Happy. dan surprisingly ada ICE BATH !! cocok sekali utk para runner atau pecinta olah raga untuk mempercepat recovery! overall 10 ⭐ utk Hotel ini 👍👍😍

My experience staying at this hotel was excellent. The hotel is nice, has clean & cozy rooms with modern design, close to shopping and the beach.
And most importantly, they have very kind and friendly hotel staff.
I really appreciate your hotel manager, Mona.
Thank you also to Mr. Wawan for helping resolve an issue with a restaurant in Bali.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever vacation in Bali. ❤️

Nginep di sini untuk keperluan meeting dan perfect banget hotelnya, ada setrika dan papan setrika-nya!! Jadi baju dan kerudung tetap paripurna. All the staff were very friendly!! Breakfast-nya juga enak dan lumayan bervariasi padahal tempatnya kecil. Buat yang mageran, this place is perfect karena sebelahan sama mal Beachwalk, terus jalan dikit langsung pantai Kuta! The BEST lah. Kamarnya pun bersih banget dan area Beachwalk termasuk hotel-hotelnya itu non-smoking area!!! HEAVEN ON EARTH ❤️

在這裡住得很愉快。不過房間有點吵，聽到隔壁房間的動靜。對了，飯菜真的很好吃。
還有，有時候深夜或凌晨沒有值班人員。

飯店真的很不錯！乾淨，服務也很友好，但是房間裡蚊子太多了🥲 我的孩子因為被蚊子咬得哭著睡著了，早上起來臉上和身上全是蚊子包……還有一點……毯子特別吵，感覺像塑料一樣，會發出沙沙聲😅😅

lokasi strategis daerah pusat kota dan pantai kuta
cukup puas bisa melihat sunset disini walaupun susah karna cuaca yang tidak menentu
kalau boleh memberi masukan soal sarapannya. main menu nya selama 3 hari selalu sama. membuat saya dan istri saya bosan memakannya.
