Assalamu'alaikum. Kesan pertama saat saya memasuki hotel ini adalah bersih. Staff hotelnya ramah, terutama saat saya check in dan check out sangat membantu sekali. Untuk hotel bintang 2, dengan harga di bawah 500K, ada welcome drink, sudah include sarapan, itu sudah worth it sekali. Mulai dari lobby sampai di dalam kamar sangat bersih, memasuki kamar tidak ada bau rokok, saya minta yang no smoking, sudah diberikan kamar yang sesuai request saat check in, kasurnya empuk, AC-nya dingin, toiletries lengkap, bersih dan fasilitas kamar semua berfungsi dengan baik. Bagian yang tidak kalah membuat nyaman adalah tata letak kran air yang memudahkan untuk wudhu dan layanan kamar via Whatsapp dengan respon yang cepat. Untuk sarapan, menunya bervariasi, rasanya enak. Terima kasih Amaris hotel, Inshaallah kalau ke Tasik lagi, menginap di sini, sangat berkesan. Saya merasa menginap di hotel bintang 3/4. Pertahankan, pelayanannya sudah awesome🙏👍❤️

Tempat sangat nyaman, bersih, pelayanan juga sangat memuaskan. Dua malam menginap berasa puas. Apalagi ingat makanannya, bikin pengen balik lagi.

It wins the location, few walks to the malls, surrounded by many food merchants, all staffs are polite and friendly, this hotel is very “live” hotel. Before we entered the hotel, thermal detector and sanitizer are a must, but when we are in, lack of social distancing, but that's OK for me, this covid just a habit now. I slept many times in many hotels in Indonesia, it is quite rare seeing each other staffs talking and chit chat doing shift, but maybe that is their unique style. I love the foods, it is a humble hotel but the food is so delicious, just a bit smelly when we are enter the lobby. Like the onion in the air but it is super clean. It wins location, food, and cleaning service.

The hotel is new, all still clean. All staff are friendly and helpful. They apply health protocol. Two thumbs for Amaris Tasik and its staff. Keep up the good work
