I stayed at Amaya Suites Hotel and had a great experience. The location is not too far from the city centre, making it convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even better.
I was really impressed with the room—the ambience felt like staying in a more expensive hotel. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean, and the room had a desk with a chair, perfect for working on my laptop.
During my holiday in Jogja, I stayed at five different hotels, and this one was the best—especially considering the very affordable price of only 200k per night. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jogja. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Bed ga terlalu empuk tapi masih nyaman, sprei ada sedikit noda tapi ga apek, handuk bukan yang putih bersih untung masih wangi, AC dingin, parkiran ga ada atap, akses di lingkungan yang tidak ramai dekat UGM

kami check in sekitar jam 7 malam dan mendapat kamar kecil yang kotor dengan dinding yang kotor dengan wallpaper yang rusak di banyak tempat, seprai ada noda dan baunya seperti tidak dicuci setelah setiap pelanggan, kamar mandi juga memiliki dinding yang kotor, baunya seperti urin dan tidak ada penyegar udara

Menginap di sini karena mengantar anak tes UGM, dekat Fak Teknik UGM. Hotel di sini lumayan sesuai dengan harga, air lancar, water heater lancar, bantal saja pada kempes. Pelayanan sangat ramah. Lokasi di komplek perumahan, banyak kost-kostan mahasiswa UGM, terima kasih Amaya.

menginap selama 2 hari, 23-25 Juni 2025, aman-aman aja.
AC dingin, kamar mandi ada air hangat, kebersihan kamar mandi juga OK. TV jg berfungsi baik.
minusnya:
- receptionist mungkin lupa kasih tau ke CS utk bersihin kamar pas hari kedua, pdhl sblm keluar hotel uda request buat dibersihin.
- remote AC tidak bisa dipake, alhasil suhu kamar selalu dingin krn ga bisa setting suhunya.

The staffs are great, but the ambiance is kind of negative and dark. There were stains on the bed. The floors kind of sticky if you step on it barefoot. The bathroom is nice. Appreciate the window. It shows the price. I may back here again if the options are limited.
