Our property is a 26m2 studio equipped with kitchen and strategically located on Jalan raya Pasar Minggu which is 10 minutes drive from Pasar minggu station and 20 minutes drive to Sudirman and TB SImatupang area. Laundry,Atm, Swimming pool, food court and parking area are available within the apartment premise. Our studio is ideal for WFH, Online meeting, backpacker, couple traveler, and staycation lovers as we provide speedy unlimited wifi.

Unique Selling Point

The view from the room is City view overlooking apartment neighborhood and the city. My studio apartment is ideal for working professionals and couple traveler as we are nearby transjakarta stop , kuningan, sudirman and TB simatupang roads where most offices are. Laundry is available on ground floor &we have 24 hours security. If you're hungry, you can get food at food court & grab some coffee from vending machine.

Facilities

Smart tv, Water heater, ACs, Fridge, Speedy Wifi, Kitchenette with cutleries, Iron, hair dryer, Electronic door lock with code, Swimming pool (separate reservation required), shampoo and soap, All facilities are available for free therefore please keep them in condition you found them in. Please let me know if you need airport transfer, i can arrange it for you for Rp.280,000 / 20 USD.

Things to Note

-We ARE NOT a hotel, therefore we DO NOT have housekeeping or room service. Please keep the room clean and switch off electricity when not in use. -We require deposit of Rp.250,000 prior to check in payable in cash, QRIS or bank transfer (BCA preferred). The deposit is refundable after check out if no damages found. -STRICTLY NO SMOKING within apartment unit. -STRICTLY NO PET Alllowed. -Due to limited manpower we are unable to accept same-day booking. Please book at least 24 hours before your check in time otherwise we would have to cancel your booking.
