公寓单间正常价格我以为只要20万印尼盾/天，但我入住时却花了140万印尼盾/天。价格太差，房间条件太差，酒店服务也太差。没有洗漱用品，衣柜损坏，没有国际电视频道，毛巾又脏又臭，没有矿泉水。总而言之，房间条件太差，服务太差，价格却只有140万印尼盾。而且我下单前都没机会查看房间条件。为什么这个应用程序要以如此高的价格向忠实顾客提供这种服务如此糟糕、房间条件如此糟糕的酒店呢？

The property was not well maintained. The bed sheet was so dirty, as well as the bathroom, the wall, etc. We couldn't have proper sleep. The pool can not be use. Bad experience ever.

Pengalaman pertama saya menginap semalam di sini sangat menyenangkan. Apartemen 2BRnya luas&nyaman, walaupun ada bau kurang enak di kamar mandi karena exhaust fannya mati. Dapat handuk, sikat gigi&sabun (walaupun dikasihnya agak sore karena menunggu selesai di Laundry dulu). Kolam renang 1,2 meternya mantap (walupun air kolamnya dingin kata anak² saya). Ada air galonnya terisi 1/2 galon. Ada gelas, piring&alat masak (walaupun tidak ada korek apinya). Lokasi apartemen cukup strategis dekat dengan Tol Pasteur. Insyaa-Allaah kalau main ke Bandung lagi, pengen nginap di sini lagi. Trims.

Not reccomended. Contact can't be reach for the check in and check out. Finally, checked in at 10 pm. It was raining really hard. I supposed to check out at 9am. But the man showed up at 12. No office.

Kamar kotor seperti ngebersihinnya males-malesan. Pintu jendela luar ga bisa dikunci. Handuk dan seprei ga dicuci bersih. Tapi ketolong fasilitas kolam renang anaknya yang enak dan lokasi nya ga jauh dari tol pasteur.

Apartment nya bagus tapi bau nya tidak enak banget. Seperti bau sampah karena kayaknya ada yang bocor entah dari pembuangan air atau apah. Gak paham juga. Kolam renangnya terlalu banyak aturan. Saya pilih di sini karena bawa anak tapi memang ada anak saya yang tidak bawa baju renang. Aturan terlalu kaku. Anak saya usia 5thn akhirnya tidak bisa renang karena lupa bawa dan akhir nya nangis-nangis karena hal ini. Buat anak kecil harus nya lebih flexible ajah. Kcuali orang dewasa yang udah paham aturan. Ini pertama saya stay di sini dan tidak akan ke sini lagi. Kapok deh yaa. Gak recommended buat yang bawa anak.

Sangat buruk. Baru tau kalo ada apartement seperti ini, tidak ada resepsionis, tidak ada petugas khusus, tempat sangat tidak terawat, westafel bocor. Betul-betul apartemen perseorangan yang tidak cocok untuk dijadikan tempat menginap, sangat menyesal memilih tempat ini.

Bersih, nyaman, sangat lengkap dapurnya untuk fasilitas apartemen. Dapat sarapan pula, sayangnya, fasilitas yang ditulis untuk 3 tamu/kamar. Tapi sarapan cuma 2. belum ada air hangat. Tapi bisa disiasati pakai rebus air untuk mandi. Karena ada panci dan kompor yang mumpuni. Recommended untuk tempat kumpul keluarga kecil.

Kamar mandi kotor. Galon kosong. Meja-meja furnish kotor. Berdebu. Baru masuk check-in. Saya bersama keluarga 1 jam kemudian check-out. lantai lengket. tidak disikat. bekas pel hitam. sikat wc. berantakan di simpan dikamar mandi. Handuk cuma 1, terlihat kotor. Diletakkan di rak TV yang berdebu. Yang mending bersih tempat tidurnya.
