So dissapointing. What we saw in traveloka was nothing close to its reality. The room was so dirty. Not comfy. Smelly bed and pillows, towels too. And towel ' s color just look like the bathmat. Dirty walls, cobwebs, The pool was not available with green water they said had been like that for months. Why didn't they inform it in the adv? And the pool table too, it ' s been broken for months and no disclaimer? And we have to wait 30 mins for checking in at their checking time. Definitely will not come again.

Woke up with my face and my whole body being itchy. Turned out, there was a tomcat on the bed. It caused the redness on my skin. Already asked the staff to change the blanket and the bedcover (at 4 a. M or something), but they said they would change em at 7 am, which was like almost a three hours wait. So, I decided to check out early, at 5 a. M. A really and truly bad experience
