Respon time kurang cepat, kurang lebih setengah jam setelah saya hubungi bahwa listriknya tidak on, baru ada tindakan, itupun karena saya janjian dengan yang punya apartemen di lobby. Bahwa kamar boleh dilihat dulu. Apa masalahnya sehingga listrik tidak on. Alasan tidak. Masuk akal, katanya tidak punya akses ke lantai 38.

Check in cepat praktis. Next fasilitas kamar dilengkapi. AC kurang dingin. Tidak ada selimut. Plastik springbed tempat tidur tidak dilepas sehingga tidur jadi aneh ada plastik di dalam sprei
