Pelayanan dari mulai check in sampai check out sangat berkesan, ruang lobby-nya nyaman, kamar hotel-nya bersih dan wangi, kamar mandi-nya bersih. Saya kalau pulang kampung setiap tahun insya Allah minimal 2 malam bermalam di sini. Pokoknya keren habis. Rekomendasi deh.

Kamar luas, bersih, AC dingin, nyaman. Gak perlu repot beli air minum lagi karena disediakan dispenser yang dilengkapi air panas dan air dingin. Kebetulan dapat harga promo jadi lebih murah. Ini sudah kedua kali-nya menginap di Aston Gresik, next akan menginap lagi di sini. Kolam renang bersih dan staff pelayanan-nya ramah. Ruang gym juga nyaman dan dilengkapi peralatan gym yang berfungsi dengan baik. Keren.

Check-in dan check-out cepat, pelayanan petugas hotel sigap dan cepat, lokasi menyatu dengan Gresmall, Gresik, sehingga mudah untuk menjangkau aneka kuliner, kebutuhan, dan hiburan. Tempat ibadah, yaitu masjid persis di depan hotel dan Gresmall, lokasi dapat dicapai dengan kendaraan umum, yaitu bus TransJatim. Air, baik dingin dan hangat berfungsi dengan baik di toilet, saluran TV melimpah, baik lokal, maupun internasional, tersedia mesin pembuat kopi di kamar selain teko listrik dan lemari pendingin (kulkas), kasurnya menggunakan merek King Koil yang kualitasnya tidak perlu diragukan lagi untuk kenyamanan dalam beristirahat atau tidur. Tersedia pula layanan binatu dan airport transfer yang disediakan oleh pihak Aston Gresik, amenities di toilet lengkap, AC di ruangan dingin dan bisa diatur tingkat suhu dinginnya. 1. 停車有點麻煩，需要上樓到LT 7停車場，尤其是週六或週末，人多的時候，會很擁擠。
2. 食物種類豐富，味道也不錯。但很可惜，我兩個孩子都還小，5歲的時候，被收了82,500印尼盾，我覺得有點貴……要知道，孩子多小一點兒也正常。
3. 環境很乾淨。
4. 前台的保全反應不太靈敏，覺得他們可能對其他客人比較熱情。
5. 游泳池很適合孩子。

Sangat nyaman, cocok ketika berkunjung ke Gresik, berlokasi di Kota, dekat dengan GressMall dan Halte Transjatim yang terjangkau pejalan kaki.
Untuk fasilitas juga cukup lengkap: WiFi, Gym, Spa, Kolam renang, Laundry, dll. Ruangan dapat cukup meredam suara (masih terdengar suara dari sebelah / atas ruangan).
Semua Staff sangat membantu dan ramah tamah.
Worth it untuk yang mengunjungi Gresik ataupun Staycation.
