Sangat puas atas segala fasilitas & pelayanan hotel-nya. Suasana kamar bersih dan bagus dan suasana dan pemandangan sekitar hotel-nya cukup sangat bagus. Pelayanan-nya pun sangat ramah dari mulai check in hingga check out. Yang paling berkesan nasi goreng khas Sembalun. Terima kasih Bale Aur atas pelayanan-nya.
