Beautiful resort on the side of a valley. The pool was wonderful, food was great and staff friendly and kind. It is a 20 min walk to ubud, but you can also get a lift from the hotel. Lovely area across the main road with lots of restaurant options and beautiful villas. The room we had was a little dated but very comfortable.

Views were absolutely stunning. We stayed during wet season so weather was very rainy, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Food was great at hotel restaurant however breakfast options were limited, especially help-yourself options, but hotel was very quiet so we understood why we were better off ordering.
Only other thing I can say is the photos on website need updating, Conditions of rooms, especially bathrooms, were fair compared to pics. Just wear-and-tear. But overall we were well looked after.

A badly worn out hotel, should have been decomissioned years ago. Pits broken in a dangerous way, pool missing tiles causing sharp edges. We had the suite, but the balcony floor was dangerously unstable and wobly. Friedly staff and restaurant was ok. Good location near Ubud center and free shuttle to center.

The hotel is a charming, traditional balinese-style hotel and is situated adjacently to a flowing river, located within a short 10 minute drive to the monkey forest and within close proximity to the areas waterfalls.
The hotel is immersed in nature and the swimming pool is surrounded by lovely terraced gardens allowing you to relax and unwind after a busy day sightseeing.
The hotel rooms are large, air-conditioned and traditionally appointed, with excellent views of the jungle from the rooms balcony.
The food at the restaurant is excellent and the customer service is exceptional.
The hotels employees are very lovely people and they will exceed your expectations for any enquiries you have.
I would highly recommend travellers to experience the Bali Spirit Hotel and I would not hesitate in returning to the hotel upon my next visit to Ubud.

Hotel is very nice in a forest like area. Very green and luscious trees. Staff are very friendly and they let you check-in early and check-out late if possible. Only downside the airconditioning wasn't really cooling the room properly.

Lovely hotel, very relaxing, close enough to town to walk (a free shuttle is provided if you don’t want to walk) but far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle. Friendly staff who are very accomodating. Excellent facilities. Lovely to be able to relax at the swim up bar after a busy day sightseeing. Lots of options for food and drinks and loved that room service operated til 11pm. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. This beautiful hotel is in the side of a small gorge where the river runs through so there is lots of steps and stairs to get from the bottom to the top.

Bali spirit hotel was just breathtaking, as soon as you enter the lobby you are met with the feeling of peace. The on site Tanto restaurant was delicious, and the pool was lovely to relax by and swim in to cool off from the bali sun. Beautiful grounds, beautiful view of the river and lovely big rooms. I don't have a negative thing to say, loved every minute of our stay here. Thank you Bali Spirit and Staff
