酒店工作人员非常友好，由于租车出了问题，我们很晚才入住，本来应该到晚上 21 点才入住，但凌晨 2 点还在等我们，早上的景色非常漂亮，热水池很干净

Pemandangannya indah banget. Letaknya di pinggir jalan, aksesnya gampang. Area kamar dan halaman sangat bersih. Ada kolam berendam air panas yang bagus. Minus cuma air keran di kamar mandi kecil banget. Selebihnya bagus semua, kami akan kembali lagi.

Cocok untuk mengajak keluarga termasuk toddler karena ini benar-benar aman. Kolamnya bagus air panas, mungkin kamarnya bisa diisikan kipas angin atau pendingin soalnya kalau siang agak panas di dalam kamar tapi sisanya puas, staff-nya ramah pool. Next mau balik nginep di sini 😍

Pelayanan jelek, hati-hati ngomong sebelum beli kamar sama sesudah beli kamar beda omongan dan beda aturan. Tapi owner sudah bertanggung jawab dan refund uang saya. Saran sebelum beli ditanyakan bagus bagus soalnya plin plan.

Staff were not ready when we arrived. We need to shout loud when we arrived there because they didn't heard we call at the outside and respond our text & call. Staff were not helpful at all, you need to carried all your bag down & up to the room. Staff was sleep during our arrival. Room floor was dirty, full with dust and we do request for mop from the staff. And they just let us mop on our own and they didn't help us at all. Very disappointed for their staff service. If you can be patient, you can book your accommodation here. But the ambience was very nice.
