Would also like to thank the staff at Goji Kitchen & Bar for kindly accepting our high tea order even though it was past the scheduled time. We really appreciate the warm hospitality!" A big thank you to the Chinese restaurant (Jiang He) that welcomed us at 10pm, even though we were the last customers! We truly appreciate the kindness of the server and the chef—the food was absolutely delicious! Will be back again when I visit Batam again!

Great view and services all the staffs are nice.

the accommodation is perfect, for any occasions. it's located right by the beach, where you can enjoy a drink while watching the sunset, or even just swimming while watching the sunset. their service was impeccable! definitely will stay in here again when visit batam. they don't have smoking room.. but they have pool view bedrooms in 5th floors with the balcony...we can smoking there. oh don't forgets. Breakfast ..the best breakfast with beautiful view.

The pool area is quite narrow. To make things worse, smoking was allowed anywhere. It could also be no one was enforcing no smoking at the poolside. I was with my kids and we have to keep moving to different parts of the pool to avoid 2nd hand smokes.
