Saya menginap di Hotel Bintang Kuta awal September 2025 selama 4 hari 3 malam. Kamarnya cukup luas, bersih, nyaman, AC dingin, kamar mandi bersih, air lancar dan bersih. Pelayanan room service, pelayanan front office, dan pelayanan restorant semuanya ramah-ramah, sigap dan cepat dalam membantu tamu hotel.

這是一家中等規模的飯店，交通非常便利。或許是因為飯店規模不大，又適逢淡季，所以他們能迅速打掃房間。我去吃早餐的時候，跟工作人員說了要打掃。等我回來的時候，所有用品都已經換新了，房間也打掃得一塵不染。更令人驚訝的是，他們還應要求提供卡布奇諾咖啡。

每次去峇裡島，我都會選擇一家離市中心很近、房間設施齊全且乾淨的飯店。雖然建築比較老舊，但維護得很好，而且可以輕鬆前往度假村，還能欣賞到海景。

I already ask for extra single bed by this apps but when we arrive at the hotel they still charge me another Rp. 800 k. When, we arrive in the room so many ants around. And the room was wet and hot because very close to the laundry. The bath room was smell of sewerage coming out to the floor. And the water smell like Rotter egg. And the tap fell out of the wall. Also the windows lid looking out to the tree was full of water. I would never ever recommend to any one to come there.

Pro tips: Karena pintu masuk dari jalan agak kurang terlihat dan nyaru dengan pintu masuk bintang bali resort, ada patokan tulisan “Bank Mandiri” yang bisa dijadikan patokan.

Hotel cukup strategi lokasinya, tidak jauh dari pusat kota. Pelayanan cukup ramah, namum sayang saat saya menginap di lobby ada 1 orang yang terus merokok entah tamu atau karyawan di sana. Makanan juga cukup baik walaupun secara variasi tidak sebanyak hotel bintang 4 lainnya. Sofat masih bisa direkomendasikan.

I already ask for extra single bed by this apps but when we arrive at the hotel they still charge me another Rp. 800 k. When, we arrive in the room so many ants around. And the room was wet and hot because very close to the laundry. The bath room was smell of sewerage coming out to the floor. And the water smell like Rotter egg. And the tap fell out of the wall. Also the windows lid looking out to the tree was full of water. I would never ever recommend to any one to come there.

Pro tips: Karena pintu masuk dari jalan agak kurang terlihat dan nyaru dengan pintu masuk bintang bali resort, ada patokan tulisan “Bank Mandiri” yang bisa dijadikan patokan.

Hotel cukup strategi lokasinya, tidak jauh dari pusat kota. Pelayanan cukup ramah, namum sayang saat saya menginap di lobby ada 1 orang yang terus merokok entah tamu atau karyawan di sana. Makanan juga cukup baik walaupun secara variasi tidak sebanyak hotel bintang 4 lainnya. Sofat masih bisa direkomendasikan.
