Bisma Eight was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not the “fanciest” hotel out there but not only does it meet every need that one can possibly think of (eg hot tub for unwinding after a long day, delicious homemade welcome drinks, early check in), but the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable (every one of them knows your name by heart). Nothing was ever too much for them. Breakfast was amazing, appreciated that it was a la carte instead of buffet style. The green juices, eggs Benedict and fried bananas were otherworldly. Coffee was great. The complimentary yoga class was just the right mix of relaxation and difficulty. I just wish I spent more time to take more of their complimentary classes which include mocktail making and cooking classes. Did I mention the complimentary photo taking session as well?? And the free massage at the villa spa? The infinity pool, while small, was well kept and spotless, the temperature was just right and there was no smell of chlorine. The view of the tropical Forrest was unbeatable. The room was modern and Balinese at the same time, and the turn down service was extremely personal. The balcony offered an amazing view of the Forrest. I’ve stayed at other five star hotels in Bali and around the world but trust me this is one of the best! Would definitely come back for a return visit.

非常喜欢这家酒店，房间很大层高也足够，水泥墙面设计整体不失温暖的感觉。房间设计是我特别喜欢的，一个studio有客厅、办公、睡觉及阳台区域，真想住上一个礼拜，美中不足的是该区域湿度过高，床单睡着有点潮潮的，似乎饭店应该选择更加高密度的棉或者麻的制品，饭店的浴袍真是又好看又舒服，好想好想买走，可以勾通數次都不同意，希望飯店主管看到這個之後可以考慮給我快遞一套哈哈。

Underbart rum - canopy suit där de hade sparat träden i mitten och byggt rummen vid sidorna, vilket gav ett intimt intryck av skog nära centrum. Högt i tak och skön soffhörna med tv, kändes som hemma! Vackert master bedroom i mitten och stort badrum med badtunna. Japansk stil som tilltalar skandinaver kan jag tänka mig. Poolen hade en härlig utsikt över skogsluttningen. Fin frukost och vänlig personal, helt enkelt en fem poängare 😊

Five Star Experience in Ubud. From staff, food, location, forest suite to pool. I can’t say enough. The vibe of the people and resort is pure Bali. So romantic, relaxing and the infinity pool/setting stunning. Staff willing to make stay as best as possible. Decor, linens to design is remarkable. Would stay again in a second. Writing this before we head to Uluwatu. Bisma 8 and Ubud will be missed!

Absolutely everything was world class! Right from check in the staff were friendly and helpful, and genuinely wanted to make your stay great. The room was perfectly clean when we arrived, and they offered daily cleans and a turn down service in the evenings. They even left a flower petal happy birthday message on my birthday! From breakfast to Tapenyaki tasting menus the food was 5 star, breakfast had a wide range of delicious options, the Copper dinner restaurant was stunning, and the lunch menu at the pool was amazing. Even room service was tasty and speedy! The hotel itself is such a luxury, with thick jungle style foliage lining the path to the rooms, and from the Canopy Suites it’s thick enough to not be able to really see the path beneath so it all feels very private. The rooms are well maintained and beautifully decorated. And the infinity pool has the most amazing view. I truly cannot fault this property and would recommend it to anybody. We can’t wait to come back!

객실 너무깔끔하고, 침구도 다 좋았음. 가장 맘에든건 로브임. 얇은 면소재를 선호해서 너무 갖고싶었음. 웰컴푸드로 병애든 쿠키는 개인적으로 좋아하는 식감과 맛이라, 홍콩 기화병가의 목이 막히는 느낌의 드라이한 쿠키 팔면 샀을거임. 풀 가까운 3층(가장고층)이라 전망도 좋고 조용하. 객실 디자인 깔끔하고, 전반적으로 일본 스타일임. 프레임도 나무사용해서 화장실/욕실 전체를 방과구분한 것과 너무 이쁨. 베스는 일본식임.

This 48 room hotel is amazing and a hidden gem in Ubud. Close to everything and on a quiet street, the staff is so helpful and they offer a unique experience. Many included programs to learn and experience Balinese culture. A pristine infinity pool I could swim laps in as others also enjoyed the pool. Plus breakfast, included and top notch. Fresh everything, so many choices and the most amazing surroundings to enjoy the food peacefully.
