Friendly hotel staffs, convenient location:)

Bisma Eight was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not the “fanciest” hotel out there but not only does it meet every need that one can possibly think of (eg hot tub for unwinding after a long day, delicious homemade welcome drinks, early check in), but the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable (every one of them knows your name by heart). Nothing was ever too much for them. Breakfast was amazing, appreciated that it was a la carte instead of buffet style. The green juices, eggs Benedict and fried bananas were otherworldly. Coffee was great. The complimentary yoga class was just the right mix of relaxation and difficulty. I just wish I spent more time to take more of their complimentary classes which include mocktail making and cooking classes. Did I mention the complimentary photo taking session as well?? And the free massage at the villa spa? The infinity pool, while small, was well kept and spotless, the temperature was just right and there was no smell of chlorine. The view of the tropical Forrest was unbeatable. The room was modern and Balinese at the same time, and the turn down service was extremely personal. The balcony offered an amazing view of the Forrest. I’ve stayed at other five star hotels in Bali and around the world but trust me this is one of the best! Would definitely come back for a return visit.

Hotel in the city convenient to visit City stores for shopping and eating but design of the hotel room is not so convenient to move around like international brand hotel

The room is clean, cozy, and big. Staff are very friendly and efficient. We had a blast here. If you're looking for hotels in Ubud, look no further.

I love everything about this hotel 1. very friendly and genuine staff 2. modern yet delicate decor 3. the huge soaking tub and the bathing salt/body lotion/shampoo(they smell so good) 4. the serenity atmosphere 5. lovely balcony with tropical forest view 6. cleanliness 7.delicious breakfast, definitely the best we have in hotels

非常喜欢这家酒店，房间很大层高也足够，水泥墙面设计整体不失温暖的感觉。房间设计是我特别喜欢的，一个studio有客厅、办公、睡觉及阳台区域，真想住上一个礼拜，美中不足的是该区域湿度过高，床单睡着有点潮潮的，似乎饭店应该选择更加高密度的棉或者麻的制品，饭店的浴袍真是又好看又舒服，好想好想买走，可以勾通數次都不同意，希望飯店主管看到這個之後可以考慮給我快遞一套哈哈。

服務很好，工作人員很客氣，環境很舒適，食物極棒，離烏布中心也很近。幾乎沒有缺點可以挑剔，下次來峇里島還會來住，推薦給所有人。

Amazing place, beautiful and perfectly located to see Ubud😄 Sketchy walking paths, but it’s like that everywhere

This 48 room hotel is amazing and a hidden gem in Ubud. Close to everything and on a quiet street, the staff is so helpful and they offer a unique experience. Many included programs to learn and experience Balinese culture. A pristine infinity pool I could swim laps in as others also enjoyed the pool. Plus breakfast, included and top notch. Fresh everything, so many choices and the most amazing surroundings to enjoy the food peacefully.

Loved our stay here. The staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious, as well as their restaurants on property. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Ubud. Thank you Bisma 8! Wish we could’ve taken advantage of the amenities more but we were too busy on the go! Missed out on free photoshoot and some other activities, as well as free 30 min massage.

Bisma Eight Ubud is truly a wonderful experience. The design is beautiful, with a perfect balance of modern comfort and natural elements that fit seamlessly into the Ubud setting. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax the moment you walk in. The service is warm, attentive, and genuine. The team makes you feel welcome without being overbearing. The pool and surrounding views create a peaceful atmosphere that feels private and elevated. The location is also excellent, close enough to the center of Ubud while still feeling tucked away in nature. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would absolutely return.

Room’s cleanness and maintenance

Everything about our stay at Bisma Eight exceeded our expectations. The staff at this property could not have been more welcoming, and their service was excellent at the front desk, the restaurants, the pool bar staff, and our driver and tour guide. The location was excellent, and we were able to walk to many restaurants, markets, Ubud Palace and the Monkey Forest. A great choice!!

A Beautiful and quiet boutique hotel. I enjoyed the Japanese style bathtub and the infinity pool at the roof. The royal palace and monkey forest convenient stores and restaurants are located on walking distance.
