Staff hotel sangat ramah, sangat membantu, kamar yang saya dapat bersih, rapi, terang, AC jalan, TV nyala, storage cukup, kelengkapan air minum, pemanas, teh, kopi lengkap, kartu petunjuk lengkap. Resto-nya cukup luas, menu makan beragam dan worth it. Ada musala di lantai 1 tepat sebelah kiri setelah turun tangga kalau dari lantai 2.
