kekurangan hanya water heater dan air mandinya aja kadang hanya hidup di jam tertentu saja , atau mungkin karna sedang ada renovasi(?) , karna di hari saya menginap sedang ada renovasi. overall oke cukup puas ada kolam renang juga

Staying at are. 01.● Pros:→ good/strategic location.→ room position is at the front side makes it easier and safer to park the car right in front of the room (particularly compared to other rooms)→ friendly & relatively quick respond housekeeping service.● Cons:→ while the bathroom looked clean in a glance, but it actually was extremely so stinky/pungent as if previous tenants/guests peed on the shower floor and never got cleaned up by the hotel management at all for years! The smell was a little bit "better" after the bathroom was being cleaned up twice by the housekeeping team, but the pungent odour was still there.→ breakfast menu is average.→ no in-room fridge. Overall, this accommodation is considerably good compared to others in the surrounding area. But the hotel management must act fast and seriously to improve — particularly in regards to the pungent odour in the bathroom. I would give 2.5 stars out of 5 for staying at this hotel recently.

Fasilitas kamar cukup. ada semua. Tv channel terbatas. selimut tambahan, teko listrik, air minum cleo, mug kopi dan kopi, teh ada.. ada shower serta air panas untuk mandi. toiletris ada Minus nya, karena kamar ada ventilasi jadi ada bau roko yg masuk dari luar. Waktu menginap lg gak kemana mana siang nya. ada aja yg getok² pintu, nanyaiin mobil parkir, nawarin pijat alat, dll. Wifi internet ngga ada yg nyambung Sarapan 2x pagi dikasih nasi goreng dg ayam. Dan rasa yg biasa aja. Kamar kurang kedap suara Buat harga tertera, udah pas. Mungkin bisa ditingkatkan lg Itu aja, terima kasih

The hotel located on the roadside but when we visited, the access to the hotel still being fixed. The staffs are very friendly, the room itself looked old but comfortable, the size of the room and bathroom quite spacious, there is no AC but the air is so cold, the bathroom not too clean and the toilet's adapter was loosen, the water heater well functioned but you have to wait for a little longer, the parking space not too spacious. I got room at the front, sometimes we could heard the noisy from passerby vehicles. But still it's recommended for stay at Pangalengan.

Check-in cepat dan staff-nya ramah. Breakfast-nya lumayan, murah per orangnya dan rasanya juga lumayan. Kamarnya tanpa AC tapi cukup dingin. Walaupun ada kekurangannya, overall semuanya oke.

Properti terawat dan kamar bersih, terutama untuk hotel yang dikelilingi dan berada di kawasan alam. Semua fasilitas bekerja dengan baik dengan dukungan udara segar pegunungan. Adanya kolam pancing cukup menjadi hiburan tersendiri. Makanan di restoran enak dengan staff yang ramah, ada hal unik di properti yaitu perapian di kamar, ternyata berfungsi sebagai penghangat, hanya saja kami cukup kesulitan menjaga apinya tetap menyala 😓. Secara keseluruhan hotel cukup menyenangkan untuk dinikmati dengan keluarga.

Receptionist sangat ramah dan baik, kami bisa early check in kami datang jam 11 kurang, tunggu 30 menit sudah bisa masuk kamar (request early check in karena bawa orangtua), booking di junior suite room 11. Sarapan rasanya enak, ada nasi goreng, mie goreng, telor ceplok dan ayam fillet goreng tepung, bubur ayam, rot dan kue pukis, buah melon dan semangka, luamayan variasinya. Kamar & toilet kondisi rapi, bersih, tapi single bed nya mohon diperbaiki kayu nya karena bunyi-bunyi, tempat tungku aga mengganggu bau debu dan bekas asap nya, mungkin bisa di tutup rapat jika memang tidak dipakai. Air panas kurang stabil kadang sangat panas atau dingin. Semoga bisa lebih baik lagi. View depan kolam renang anak sangat bagus, background pohon pinus dan ada kolam pemancingan dan lapangan rumput hijau.

Kamarnya sederhana tapi cukup bersih. Ada air panas. Sayang tidak disiapkan sandal untuk di kamar padahal dingin kalau malam suhu 18 derajat. Power plug dua duanya sudah hampir lepas dari dinding, segera diperbaiki dong. Mungkin perlu ditaruh aroma therapy seperti minyak sereh di kamar/shower room. Karena dingin jadi agak lembab. Kalau diletakkan minyak sereh bisa wangi menyegarkan.
