The place is great. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Staff very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Highly recommend.

Great location as it’s so quiet. Accessible to the main Kuta beach strip. Staff are super friendly and always willing to help. Only slight downside is they only do a continental breakfast. They do have a nice kitchen with cooking facilities and a full size fridge. The king size bed is really comfy and the air-conditioner works a treat. This was our second stay here and if we come back to Bali, it’ll be our go to option.

Maaf ya sebelumnya. Saya kasih pengalaman pribadi saya. Saya perjalanan dari kintamani bali menuju kuta, sekitar jam 19:10 kami sampai di lokasi. Kagetnya, reception tidak ada dan security atau staff lainnya tidak ada. Memang kami pertama kali nginap di sini, setahu saya kalo ada reservasi kamar, receptionist standby sampai tamu datang. Ini malah ditinggal mereka katanya sudah pulg dari jam 5 sore, ini penginapan apa coba. Akhirnya saya tidak menginap di coast boutique hotel. Biar saya kehilangan uang saya menginap Rp 971.000 dari pada saya gak nyaman menginap di sana. Akhirnya saya cari penginapan yang lain. Kalo dari foto sih tampilan nya bagus, makanya saya tertarik untuk menginap di sini. Saya tidak lihat ke dalam nya, saya hanya di sekitar lobby dan receptionist.

Lokasi nya sangat strategis dan dekat dengan Pantai Kuta hanya jalan kaki saja. Kamar nya nyaman dan tenang meski dekat jalan besar. Harga nya ekonomis dan tidak menyediakan sarapan di sini. Oh ya kalau tiba di atas jam 9 malam mesti konfirmasi dulu karena meja receptionist nya kosong.

The apartment is quite less sound considerably its near a busy area in Kuta Beach. Basic utensils for dine and cooking are already provided. But, the cleanest is another issue, besides the smells. Be ready with clorox to remove the odor. Anyway, it's quite comfortable to stay. The staff is helpful when they are around, because the front desk is not 24Hours.

Jauh dari kata puas dan menyenangkan. Sampai apartment kurang dri jam 5 pm, staff sudah tidak ada. Tidak ada security yg stand by, kamar bau busuk.

(+) 1. kamar luas 2. Ada dapur 3. Ada sofa, cocok untuk yang bawa anak2 4. Lokasi dekat pantai Kuta 5. Ada balkon 6. staff ramah dan baik2 7. Model bangunan seperti apartments di Eropa 8. boleh late checkout dengan tambahan 50rb/jam (akan lebih bagus kalau jam checkout = jam checkin) (-) 1. Lokasi masuk ke gang kecil, agak susah ditemukan kalau tidak pakai maps. 2. Kolam renang tidak ada yang untuk anak2 3. Akan sangat lebih bagus kalau ada bathub 4. Air panas untuk mandi kadang ada, kadang tidak. 5. Tidak ada telepon dalam kamar 6. Akan lebih lengkap sebagai service apartments jika terdapat mesin cuci sebagai fasilitas kamar. 7. Channel TV sangat terbatas (minor, kalau liburan memang jarang ada di kamar) 8. Sarapan hanya roti, cereal, buah, jus. Akan lebih baik jika ada pilihan lain terutama untuk tamu Indonesia yang biasa makan nasi.

Check in time was supposed to be 3PM, but we arrived at 2PM and can early checked in. Room is clean and comfy, equipped with various kitchen appliances. This apartment is located very close to Beachwalk and Kuta beach. It is strategic for family vacation, but keep in mind that the street is crowded and jammed in the evening. They provide western breakfast, like bread, jam and fruits. It was quite tasty.
