Tanpa pegawai hotel, kolam renang tidak berfungsi dan kotor, banyak nyamuk, banyak lampu luar mati jadi angker, fasilitas air tidak selalu ada🤦♂️

Ketika saya datang ke hotel ini kami ditolak oleh pihak hotel dengan alasan hotel telah di booking sebelumnya oleh pihak lain jadi tidak menerima tamu laih lain lain lain lain lain lain lain lain lain lain lain bais. Tetapi saya telah memesan melalui Situs Traveloka dan saya komplain pada pihak hotel dan akhirnya setelah menunggu waktu yang lumayan lama saya diberi. Dan yang sangat mengganggu hotel yang sebelumnya dibilang telah dibooking. Tetapi saya lihat pagi harinya banyak kamar yang masih kosong tanpa ada tamu yang menginap, pengalaman menginap yang menguras emosi. Semoga pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan ini tidak terjadi pada tamu-tamu lain di hotel ini. terima kasih.

Sangat menjijikan pelayanannya. Staffnya sangat tidak ramah dan tidak berpendidikan. tidak memiliki hospitality yang baik. Pimpinannya tidak memiliki tanggung jawab. Saya pesan kamar deluxe namun ketika sampai lokasi kamar katanya sudah di booking orang lain padahal saya sudah booking dari sebelumnya. Kemudian disuruh pindah ke standar namun kunci tidak kunjung ada sampai satu jam saya menunggu. Saran saya traveler tidak usah ambil hotel ini lagi.

The workers was unprofessional, they didn’t know how to give a good service to customer. No TV, even there was TV. When asked them favour to fix TV, they said they didn’t know how to do. They were busy to play game online on their mobile telephone. Every time we passed them in lobby, they was played. Pity, the hotel was beautiful, but the worker made the hotel unpleasant to stay.
