Kamar ini non-AC dilengkapi 2BR berisi 1 Queen/double bed per kamarnya. Villa-nya bersih, perlengkapan masak lengkap. Water heater & TV berfungsi.

The location is strategist and the owner is very welcome. Its clean, complete facilities with good price. There is fridge, hot water (no trouble), fast wifi, stove, frying pan and others kitchen stuffs, amenities, TV cable, good view either. Surely will come here next time.

Alhamdulillah, bersih, nyaman dan bikin kerasan. Besok-besok kalau ke batu, mau menginap disini lagi. Full WiFi, Dapur juga ada (bisa bikin popmie dan energen).

Sangat dekat ke jatim park 3 dan memang tujuan kami cuma kesana. Rumahnya enak, lengkap sampai jemuran baju ada. Masak sendiri juga bisa karena ada magic jar. Terima kasih traveloka.

More than expectation. Sangat betah dan nyaman tinggal di rumah ini. Rumah memang tidak terlalu besar tapi sangat cukup untuk kami dan anak. Rumah bersih, rapi, fasilitas lengkap. Need to note, rumah ini tidak ada AC dan memang tidak dibutuhkan karena cuacanya sejuk. Kalaupun ingin udara lebih sejuk disediakan kipas angin. Lingkungan juga tenang dan nyaman. Dekat sekali dengan Jatim Park 3 (1 km), JTP 1 dan 2, dan Museum Angkut hanya 15 menit, aneka kuliner dan pusat oleh-oleh. Ke Alun-alun Batu juga hanya 10-15 menit saja. Yang istimewa, host sangat memperhatikan hal-hal kecil yang ternyata penting seperti adanya jemuran, banyak hanger, ember dan gayung serta sajadah dan mukena bersih. Saya jadi bisa mencuci sedikit-sedikit baju bayi dan undies agak tidak apek. Perlengkapan dapur juga lengkap, kita bisa memasak sederhana dan juga tersedia teh, kopi, gula dalam jumlah cukup banyak. Untuk air minum juga disediakan dispenser dan 1 galon air cadangan. Benar-benar pilihan tepat memilih menyewa full house ketimbang hotel. Fasilitas jauh lebih lengkap dan harga sangat bersaing. I’m surely will book this house again, kalau main ke Batu lagi ⭐️
