Proses cek in yang membingungkan, harus install aplikasi agent pengelola sewa, isi data lagi, tf deposit kamar lagi, agent yang bantu check in dateng terlambat. Sangat menyebalkan untuk saya yang trip bersama anak-anak. Begitu lihat kamarnya langsung balik kanan cari yang lain. Harga tidak worth it dengan kondisi yang ada. Seperti kamar lama tidak dipakai. Furniture seperti kos-kosan. Kapok. Deposit saya ga tau deh dibalikin ga tuh. Janjinya 24 jam. Mending cari apartemen lain. Dengan harga yang sama dapet yang jauh lebih bagus.

Saya minta refund tidak di refund padahal saya tidak menginap di sana, saya sudah pesan menginap 3 hari sudah telpon nomor di pesanan tidak ada yang merespon panggilan saya, saat di resepsionis tidak bisa cek in karena nomor yang tertera di etiket tidak bisa dihubungi, nomor hp dialihkan dan nomor telpon kantor sibuk hanya menghabiskan pulsa saya saja.

Lokasi bagus di tengah kota dan pusat perbelanjaan tapi sayang di unitnya tidak disediakan perlengkapan untuk mandi seperti handuk, sabun dan sikat gigi.
