staffnya sangat ramah, kamarnya serem gitu, lampunya gak terang, trus pas masuk TV udah nyala, kan kaget ya tiba" ada suara padahal gk ada orang di dalem kamar eh gak taunya TV, wkwk
gordennya copot dikit, handuk kotor, kamar mandi kurang bersih, sabunnya agak bau, ACnya central.
BTW kamarnya luas ..
smoga bisa diperbaiki yang masih kurang dari penginapan ini.

tempat strategis sangat dekat dengan tempat yg kmi tuju, hanya saja kebersihan dan fasilitas kamar tolong lebih diperhatikan. nyamuknya lumayan banyak ya anak sy sampe bentol2 badannya 🙂. Untuk yg lainnya ok... staf ramah2 dri security,resepsionis,cleaning service sampai yg anter sarapan 👍👍

Fasilitas tidak sesuai dengan yang tertera di aplikasi,ruangan lembap,bau rokok padahal pesan yang non smoking,banyak debu diruangan dan sampah terselip dibagian tempat tidur, ada kecoa tempat tidur, banyak cacing kecil2 hitam di lantai kamar mandi, area menuju kamar banyak puntung rokok, tapi staff cukup helpfull dan bantuin angkat koper ke kamar kr tidak tersedia lift

Very friendly staff, but rooms were dirty, dusty, and infested with bed bugs. Sleeping was a challenge, and most basic sink and toilet facilities are broken or working but sub-par. Most of the staff are very polite and welcoming though. Everything looks old and dilapidated. The room was spacious but had a very rustic theme to the point that it felt like sleeping in a warehouse. For the price it was charging, they didn't even come with clean sheets or basic toiletries. Bring your own.

I would say this hotel was pricey, with facilities and comfortable. And there was no lift, so you must take the stairs to the room. Nothing much to explore nearby the hotel. It's just not worth the price, compared to hotel that I booked before with the same price at south jakarta.

Ini poin penting yang saya temui :
1. Rokok. Tidak semua orang merokok, jadi tolong pisahkan dengan baik antara perokok dengan bukan perokok. Semua lobby dan lorong di hotel ini ditemui banyak sekali puntung rokok dan asbak. Sehingga kamar yang non-smoking pun tetap bau rokok. Saya bahkan beli 3 stella untuk menghilangkan bau rokok yang tidak sedap. (foto tercantum)
2. Kebersihan. Banyak sekali ulasan yang membahas tentang selimut yang agak buluk. Saya pun menemuinya juga. Di kamar 4E bahkan ditemui bercak air yang jorok di kamar mandi dan di wastafel. Aliran Air AC diarahkan ke kamar mandi sehingga di shower room selalu basah dan lembap.
3. Tangga. Hotel ini tidak menyediakan lift. Pastikan anda tidak membawa barang bawaan yang banyak.
4. Pemanas air. Perlu dicatat bahwa hotel ini tidak ada pemanas air. Saya terbiasa air dingin, jadi ini tidak masalah. Buat anda yang butuh air hangat, mohon jadi bahan pertimbangan.
5. Lokasi. Tidak ada Toko Swalayan dalam radius 500 meter dari hotel ini. Pastikan anda sudah berbelanja kebutuhan harian sebelum memutuskan masuk ke hotel.

Kamar nya tidak sesuai ekspektasi dan ga sesuai gambar. Harga hampir 500k tp kamar jelek, kamar mandi seperti ga di Mentein, water heater tidak berfungsi (ga ada air panas) Aminitis ga lengkap, saya telfon reception minta sikat gigi jawaban nya sikat gigi nya belum dateng. Kaya kurang prepare semua nya. Dari segi interior nya oke modern minimalis dan aestetic

Lokasi strategis. Namun, untuk kamar kurang pencahayaan dan ketika membuka pintu pertama kali ketika memasuki kamar, bau pengap karena kurangnya ventilasi udara. Kamar mandi kurang bersih untuk pintu dan dinding. Kamar kurang kedap suara.

Tipe hotel yang nyaman untuk harga 500 ribuan dengan kamar deluxe room, tapi sayang selama menginap saat itu TV tidak bisa digunakan karena ada gangguan, AC tidak ada kendala, free kopi dan teh saset di kamar, air keran berfungsi baik, untuk sarapan makan standar saat itu dapat bihun goreng + telur dan diantar ke kamar. Penilaian keseluruhan menurut saya oke banget, semoga kekurangannya bisa dievaluasi dan ditingkatkan lagi dan sukses selalu buat hotelnya 🙏
