I have stayed in Urooms three times. Easy access, easy check-in, easy to get transportation, foods, minimarket and closer to Blok M area (Area big shopping mall). Room was clean. Minimalist design. Just, sometimes in public area (dining room) so noisy. People can't keep silent, so a bit annoying to another guest. For all is good

This for second time I stayed in Urooms. Easier access, easier booked (pay at hotel) and closer to any shops, foods. Clean area. Hotel must provide tooth paste. Because We didn't prepare for it

Proses check in dan checkout mudah, bahkan sempat check out jam 12 lebh 15 menit tapi aman. Wifi kenceng, water heater nyala dengan baik. Suasana nyaman dan tenang, wangi ruangan dan bersih banget. Sayangnya, TV nya belum Smart TV aja.

Pulang dapat kado ini di spion motor.
Serba salah parkir karena parkirannya sempit banget. Asli deh kalau gue pepetin sama motor depan emang pada bisa keluar???
Perbaikin aja dulu bang tempat parkir buat motor. Itu gue parkir udah deket selang ya, sempit.
Karena selimutnya pakai selimut cokelat yang berudul. TV-nya juga bukan smart TV.

Bentuk nya sesuai kayak yang di foto kok. Cuman minusnya akses di atas jam 10 malem susah muter-muter, gadapet sikat gigi, biasanya dengan harga segitu dan tempat yang ada-adanamanya-ada-adanamanyaitu dapet. Yang paling parah karena saya takut dan geli pas mau ketoilet pagi-pagi ada 3 anak kecoak di wc, lantai dan dekat flush toilet. Oiya kamar bergema, jadi tiap kita ngobrol kedengeran di lorong begitu juga saat nonton tv. Plus nya tempat parkir mobil nyaman. Tp untuk manage booking lagi gadulu. Makaseh pengalamannya 🙏🏻.

Mas-mas resepsionisnya sepertinya kurang diajarin ramah ke costumer, ditanya jawabnya singkat dengan muka datar dengan nada ketus tanpa senyum sedikit pun, minta room yang smoking area di bilangnya belom ada karena belom di rapihin jam waktu check in. Tapi kami malah dapet kamar yang katanya No Smoking area tetapi di meja dan bufetnya udah banyak banget bekas puntung rokoknya. Lokasinya dekat kota akses untuk kemana-mananya dekat.

Kamarnya cukup luas dan bersih. Ac sejuk. Lokasi sebelah kos-kosan. Parkir motor luas, untuk mobil tidak ada. Bukan syariah. Jaminan ktp aja. Minusnya ga ada peralatan mandi, hanya handuk dan sabun saja. Shower kenceng dan air anget jalan.

Never really rate an accommodation worse like this, but I really got a bad experience staying there and thinking will never come back. First, I was welcomed by a very rude front desk guy who's unfriendly. Second, the deposit was too much. Normally, it's only 100k in other accommodations, but theirs was 150k. Third, they didn't give me a pay proof of deposit, so it's quite risky. When I entered the room, the window faced a wall. It had no view to outside, so the light had to always be on, I couldn't see whether it's rainy or not outside. The 2nd day after my sheet was replaced, there's a stain that looked like old blood. This is the worst part. And it got more annoying when there's a leak of water from flushing hose. Also, there's a warning for not smoking, but the corridor itself smelled like someone was smoking often. I wish this only happened in UROOMS pangpol but not others. Or else, you better pay for more than having a cheap accommodation but this uncomfortable.
