Pertama kali book, dan sudah issued, ternyata yg saya book gak ada details nomor kamar, lantai dan towernya apa. Saya sampai ke management apartmentbutk menanyakan, tapi mereka tidak tahu. Dan setelah saya complain ke sana sini barulah pihak agen online menginformasikan perihal detailsnya lewat agent pengelola, dan sangat berbelit2. Masuk jam 12 tapi baru bisa masuk jam 14.30, tidak sesuai dengan details informasinya. Dan pihak travelio pun tlp terus seperti saya punya utang sampai dtg ke room saya beberapa kali pd malam hari saat kami sekeluarga sudah mau istirahat utk meminta deposit sebesar 450rb yg saya dari awal gak di informasikan perihal tsb. Dan last minute baru diberitahukan adanya deposit tsb. Sangat mengecewakan dan membuat saya marah daro awal sampai cek out pun bermasalah, karena sim di receptionist di lobby tdk bisa saya ambil dikarenakan pihak pengelola menyimpan card tanda terima sim tsb. Emh pengalaman yg sangat buruk.
