Pelayanan yang buruk, tidak di beritahu kalau mau keluar kunci harus di titipkan di resepsionis, langsung dikenakan denda 50 ribu tanpa tahu apa-apa. Padahal keluar tidak sampai 5 menit karena hanya untuk beli minum. Saya tidak masalah sama 50 ribunya, mungkin mereka lebih membutuhkan, Tapi yang saya sayangkan adalah tidak adanya pemberitahuan tentang peraturan tersebut tapi tiba-tiba dipotong uang deposit saya. Karyawan gagap karena saya minta ngobrol sama pemiliknya, tapi tetap tidak dikasi untuk ngomong langsung sama pemiliknya. hotel kotor bau, tidak ada tissue, Sangat tidak recommended. Untuk menginap disini lagi? never. Cukup sekali saja saya ditipu.

Bangunan baru, kamar modern, bagus, nyaman, tapi sayang, kebersihan kurang terjaga, kasur berdebu dan gatal. Padahal kasur baru. Sprei sepertinya tidak diganti.

Kamar nyaman, situasi sekeliling juga nyaman, fasilitas kamar bagus, cuma tidak ada tempat sampah sehingga susah buang sampah dulu kamar dan air panas tidak ada. Tapi overal dengan harga murah fasilitas yang didapat melebihi ekspetasi. Recommended untuk yang menginap budget terbatas.

Oyo uma house recommended buat para penginap. Tempatnya tepat pinggir sawah sehingga sangat jauh dari kebisingan dan polusi. Kebersihan dan ruangan sangat nyaman karena kamar mandi bersih luas, kamar dilengkapi AC, dan televisi, air segar, ventilasi udara bagus. Tetapi untuk tempat parkir kendaraan bus tidak bisa karena letaknya masuk ke gang. Sangat cukup buat kendaraan elf/mobil pribadi.
