It’s not a 4-star hotel, maybe 2 stars. Rooms on the photo are good, but actually too old and dirty. No hot water. The bathroom is really terrible! Bed and facilities are too old and dirty, and need to be renovated. Breakfast is too poor and not tasty. Even with a free shuttle bus to the airport.

Lokasi hotel sangat dekat dengan bandara jadi tidak khawatir telat dan ketinggalan pesawat. Ukuran kamar luas dan suasana kamar nyaman sekali. Ukuran kamar mandi juga luas, sedikit kurang di airnya saja. Shower kurang panas dan air keran warnanya agak kurang bening.

Fasilitasnya tidak lengkap, hair dryer aja tidak ada, telp di kamar pun tidak ada (yang ada wa itu pun slow respon). Penerangan kurang, di lorong ada bolam mati tp tidak langsung diganti tunggu di ditanyakan dan di komplen. Di kamar juga penerangannya burem, tp ndak diganti. Males aja mau komplen lagi. Televisi, dari 3 kamar yang aq sewa semuanya tidak bisa nyala. Front Office nya kurang bisa menyampaikan sesuatu, masa iya bilang kalau di lantai 3 malah lebih serem. Lah ini hotel apa rumah hantu. Yang oke cuma dimakanan aja, reques take away bisa dan menunya lengkap. Dan juga deket dengan bandara, itu aja sih.
