Security sangat baik dan responsif dalam membantu ketika tiba di hotel. FO-nya juga sangat ramah. Sarapan variatif dan cocok di lidah. Kolam renang air hangat, sangat cocok untuk liburan bersama keluarga.

Terasa sangat menyenangkan menginap di hotel ini. Kamar bersih, satpam yang ramah, resepsionis yang sangat membantu dan restoran waktu kita sarapan juga semua ramah dan makanan dan minumannya banyak variasinya. Akan selalu menginap di sini ketika kembali ke Jakarta.

Menginap di Harlys Residence menjadi langganan saya setiap ke Jakarta. Tempatnya sangat nyaman, pelayanannya baik. Lokasinya strategis dekat dengan mal Central Park dan Taman Anggrek, bisa jalan kaki saja. Untuk makanan jangan diragukan, banyak makanan dekat dengan Harlys Residence.

a very pleasant experience. other than location where you cant just walk to any shopping spot (quite a downside), the rest is superb. comfortable bed, ample room space even with the extra bed requested, plenty of tv channels, and superb breakfast spread. i requested extra bed for my child and it came with all the extras - towel, blanket, and breakfast - unlike the other hotel in bandung where all these were charged separately. this hotel is certainly value for money. masjid is nearby but you have to go around the block to get there. if only the hotel backdoor access, it would be just a 2 mins walk.

Near from center city, easy access and fast processing check-in and check-out. Clean, have a lot of options for breakfast. Warm pool with city view is amazing.
