Mohon maaf saya tidak merekomendasikan hotel ini karena gambar pada aplikasi sangat berbeda jauh dengan yang sekarang, banyak fasilitas yang tidak bisa digunakan dan saat malam ada suara suara dari plafon, sebaiknya dilakukan renovasi kembali dan membuat acara dan promo untuk mengembalikkan kualitas hotel dan kepercayaan masyarakat kembali.

hotelnya besar tapi kurang terawat. kamar ada nyamuk. toilet kesannya udah lama, tissue toilet tidak ada setelah diminta baru kaberikan tapi bukan dipasang ditempat tissue tapi diberikan saja. air panas ga panas. kamar juga tidak terlalu bagus dengan harga 550 ribu. hotel seperti sudah mau tutup jadi karyawan kelihatan hanya ada beberapa orang.

Suasana hotel penuh nuansa mistis karena kotor banyak kamar yang rusak, fasilitas tidak terawat, breakfast atau makanan hanya terkesan seadanya, pelayanan yang kurang memahami order online, dan pegawai hotel seakan tidak menguasai job desk-nya, seakan-akan hotel mau dinonaktifkan.
