Selimutnya kotor dan ada noda, sayangnya saat di foto tidak terlalu jelas. Air dari kamar mandi merembes ke lantai kamar tidur. Untuk yang lain cukup bersih dan oke. Oh iya tidak ada keset, jadi setelah dari kamar mandi, lantai jadi basah dan becek. Petugasnya ramah.

Penginapan bersih, staf ramah, baik, sangat membantu, next pasti menginap di sini lagi, penginapan dengan harga murah, fasilitas oke. Ada air mineral, Handuk tebal dak wangi, peralatan mandi komplet, sabun, shampo, sikat gigi, pasta gigi, ada semua. Menginap 2 hari rasanya masih pengen tambah lagi.

Saya sebagai konsumen merasa di rugikan atas kelalaian pihak majemen yang terjadi di hotel oyo 925 grand wijaya bintaro. Oleh karena itu saya meminta ganti rugi kepada oyo 925 grand wijaya, sebagaimana aturan di undang-Undang perlindungan konsumen. Semoga pihak oyo 925 grand wijaya bintaro bisa mengevalusi sistem manjamennya agar kejadian serupa tidak terjadi lagi. Dan memberikan ganti rugi kepada saya sebagai konsumen. terima kasih.
