I booked at 9pm and i can’t check in. No one was there in the receptionist, and their contact number can’t be reached. Ended up i stayed in another hostel, but they refused to refund my money lol

Bad: 1) The entry. Like oh my God the worst. You have almost no parking space even for motor bike. The way is tiring and dark. For real, build a parking space. 2) The breakfast is horrible. The staff can't cook for shit. 3) Horrible ac. Noisy, hot. In ubud it feels like hell. 4) The eating place is in mosquito area. Good: 1) The spacy rooms. 2) big bathrooms. 3) Reliable hot shower - really. This is better than even some 5-star hotel. Hot water never ran out. Overall. Not worth it
