The staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the room is big and very clean. They have so many facilities especially for kids, small water boom, big swimming pool, also gym, sauna & steam, among great facilities. We will be back 👍

First time staying at Hard Rock Bali with family and it was an amazing experience. All staff were helpful. Big thanks to the security guard at the gate who were welcoming us during arrival, this is shown us the true hospitality all about, and the way they talk was proof that they're well trained and they love their jobs. Concierge, frontdesk, room attendant, pool guy, restaurant & bar team were professional and service level is just above and beyond. Will be back very soon.

The place is cozy and its located on the center of kuta. Maybe just need to be upgraded for the interior of the room , i dont feel like staying at a 5 star hotel thats an overview from my room at wing 1. Overall i am ok and happy staying there. They give alot of vouchers at the cafe and shop. Thanks

Susah dijelasinnya, dari segi lokasi strategia banget, dari luar oke banget, staf hotel jg ramah banget. Tp begitu naik ke atas, sepanjang koridor atau lorong bocor lembab, berjamur.
Masuk kamar, kamarnya oke, tapi sesuai gambar, dan lembab sekali.
Alhasil, berhubung bocah alergi lembab, langsung cari hotel lain.
Kalau bisa diperbaiki soal bocornya, pasti oke banget. Secara kamar tematiknya sudah menarik

The hotel staff were very welcoming and I really liked the vibe of the hotel. The room was clean but the view I had was a parking lot which was a little disappointing. The TV had a lot of great movie options but it had no subtitles which I wish they had. The pool looked amazing and the breakfast was decent.
