Hai. Selain nunggu gak jelas di lobby 1 jam lebih. Ternyata harus ada deposit sebesar 300rb. Saat masuk ke ruangan tercium bau rokok, padahal jelas meminta ruangan yang non smoking. Tidak ada complementary apapun. Tidak ada toiletries sama sekali. Sambungan wifi buruk. TV tidak bisa di pergunakan karna channel sepertinya belum dibayar. (Terlampir fotonya ya 😊) Dan ketika menanyakan kepada pihak Travelio, ternyata saya hars melakukan semua sendiri. Sempat di beritahukan kalo akan ada yang datang untuk memberikan yang kurang, tapi sampai saya check out orang nya tidak datang. Fyi, check out tidak boleh lebih dari jam 12. Bisa late check out tapi akan kena biaya setengah dari harga sewa. Sayangnya kebijakan atau beberapa hal dari Travelio memberikan kesan yang kurang baik untuk saya, Semoga next time akan jadi jauh lebih baik lagi yaa 😊
