My first stay at the resort was wonderful. My friend actually recommended it to me. It is close to the airport, and the place is nice. The service was excellent. They allowed me to extend my stay for a few hours past the checkout time, which was a bonus since I was traveling by myself. I highly recommend this place.

It's a family oriented hotel. All facilities are catering for kids. Staff were all very helpful and considerate. Breakfast buffet provided a variety of choices. There's even a kids only buffet area. A family with kids can definitely have a wonderful stay here. Strongly recommend.

I thought the rooms were good. We liked the kids beds with the nautical theme. A little dirty still and room cleaning team never cleared out old cups etc so we had dirty glasses in room for days.

第一天入住的时候受到了惊吓，太粗糙了。这个是所谓的5星？被子是潮的，没有地板，没有地毯，是地砖，淋浴房的门很难开。有股霉味，反正让我迫不及待的想要马上退房。

在kuta比较隐蔽的地方，比起套房我更喜欢这个房型，因为小看着精致些。当然和所以国内的5星比这个真的比某些4星还不如。被子有点潮，沙滩很粗，只能在泳池玩。

親子2人旅で、キッズクラブは9:30からオープンしているので午前中はクラブに預けてスパやヘアサロン、ネイルを満喫！ランチタイムを挟んで午後からも受け付けてくれるので、リラックスできて、余裕のある滞在ができました。
子供が喜ぶプールにさまざまなアクティビティ！
いろんな国のお友達ができて大満足でした。
空港までも近いので、渋滞に巻き込まれる心配もなく
最終日ものんびり過ごせます！
立地もよく、近くにショッピングセンターもありますし、マッサージやスパ、ヘアサロンも近くにたくさんあります！
朝食のバリエーションも多く
子連れ旅には最適なホテル
スタッフの方々はいつも笑顔で親切で

The staff is extremely attentive and personalize your experience daily. The resort is great for kids. The kids room is wonderful. There are so many kids on the property that your children can make friends and the staff play sports with them. They have activities and kids parties near the pool in the evenings. Recommend with children! Having the children entertained makes the parents vacation stellar as well.
