Staff friendly. But the hotel needs a big maintenance! The room has old furniture with scratchen and stains. The bed had stains on the bed and in the bed, the bathroom was filthy,, the sweet throw out black stuf in the sink and shower. Everything is old and dirty. The shower head could not move up and down or spray down.

dekat sekali dengan kota lama, hihi bisa akses jalan kaki, sampingnya ada pertamina, untuk breakfast ok saja, pelayanan ramah mulai dari sekuriti, resepsionis dan tim hotel.
wajib cobain dimsum di Wardim, satu manajemen sm hotel, satu tempat sama resto hotel, enaaaqqqqq bangeut 😭🫵🏼

Over all sama seperti kamar hotel biasa. Saya dapat kamar di lantai 5, ukuran kamarnya tidak terlalu besar (double bed) tapi cukup untuk sholat dan simpan 1 koper besar. Kamarnya cukup bersih. Kamar mandinya tidak terlalu besar. Namun sayang tidak ada kaca hias, hanya ada kaca wastafel di kamar mandi. Sehingga untuk berdandan yg memerlukan kaca agak repot harus bawa peralatan makeup ke wastafel yg sizenya kecil. Oiya, juga tidak ada jendela (hanya kaca buram untuk cahaya masuk dari luar).

Saya pesan 3 kamar untuk 1 malam. Kamar dan kamar mandi baik, cukup bersih. Air panas dan AC lancar, baik. Lantai 6.
Selisih semalam, saya pesan 2 kamar (+1 extra bed) untuk 1 malam. Kamar mandi di bagian closet (tempat duduk), bercak dan tidak bisa dibersihkan, kesannya jadi jorok. Air panas dan AC lancar. Tidak berjendela tapi ada korden seolah berjendela. Lantai 3.
Lokasi dan akses bagus. Staf ramah.

Over all sama seperti kamar hotel biasa. Saya dapat kamar di lantai 5, ukuran kamarnya tidak terlalu besar (double bed) tapi cukup untuk sholat dan simpan 1 koper besar. Kamarnya cukup bersih.
