Staff-nya sangat ramah dan tepat waktu dalam jadwal membersihkan kamar. AC-nya juga dingin dan selama menginap saya merasa nyaman. Lokasi hotelnya juga sangat sangat strategis. Dekat dengan Stasiun Juanda dan di sekitarnya terdapat banyak pedagang makanan dan minimarket. Sangat worth untuk harga yang terjangkau.

Pengalaman menginap 10 hari sangat berkesan. Pelayanan sangat ramah, mulai satpam, front liner, house keeping. Kamar sangat bersih dan rapih meskipun sprei sudah banyak noda. Hanya saja kamar tidak kedap suara sehingga ketika tamu lainnya buka pintu berbicara di luar terasa bising.

Saya sudah 2x menginap di sini karena biar dekat ke Masjid Istiqlal, walaupun tidak dekat banget tapi jalan kaki beberapa menit sampai. Pas sampai langsung disambut staff-nya dan ramah diantar sampai kamar dan diberikan handuk, yaa sesuai sih harga dengan fasilitas di kamar. TV-nya banyak semut-banyak semutnya, toilet yang tidak begitu bersih tapi alhamdulillah ada air hangat-nya dan handuk bersih serta sprei-nya juga bersih. Ohiya, hanya lampu kamar yang remang-remang saja, lampu utamanya tidak menyala. Tapi it's okay karena saya check in pas subuh jadi untuk numpang tidur beberapa jam sudah okay. Mungkin bisa ditingkatkan kebersihan kamarnya.
