Ada beberapa catatan dari saya: 1. Televisi di kamar yang tempati, tidak ada channel-nya. 2. Lemari di kamar yang tempati, tidak layak digunakan untuk tamu hotel karena kuncinya terbuat dari kayu yang ditempel di tengah-tengah 2 pintu. 3. Hotel sedang direnovasi, lantai dan sekelilingnya jadi berdebu. Tidak dibersihkan di sore hari setelah bekerja. 4. Harga terlalu mahal dengan fasilitas kamar yang saya tempati. 5. Saya tidak sempat foto ruangan kamar yang saya tempati. 6. Tingkatkan fasilitasnya. Untuk layanan sudah cukup baik. Singkirkan karyawan jutes dan jutek di lingkungan hotel. Kalau terpaksa harus diterima kerja, di bagian yang tidak berhubungan dengan tamu hotel. 6. Terima kasih.

Kondisi kamar kurang nyaman. Siaran TV tidak bisa ditangkap dengan jelas. Di dalam kamar mandi tidak ada gantungan atau tempat untuk bisa menyimpan handuk. Tidak ada exhaust di kamar mandi. Sehingga tercium aroma tidak sedap. Tidak ada cermin di dalam kamar. Kami menginap 2 malam, tapi air minum tidak ditambahkan di hari kedua. Tempat sampah di kamar mandi juga tidak dibersihkan setiap hari. Manajemen hotel perlu memperbaiki kondisi kamar agar tamu bisa betah. Makanan lumayan enak. Lokasi cukup strategis.

The hotel staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, the hotel room was very spacious and well equipped with great view of masjid 99 kubah. No hesitation in recommending this hotel deh. But the breakfast was so so. But its ok. Sayangnya cuma numpang tidur malam doang sih.

Review untuk kamar yang saya tempati, tapi tidak tau kamar lainnya bagaimana. Makanan ok. AC dingin dan berisik. WC duduk rusak, jadi harus manual mengisi air nya, sangat tidak nyaman. -cek foto. Almari kotor, jadi tidak bisa menyimpan baju atau barang lainnya. - cek foto. Colokan adaptor tv melintang di atas meja, sangat mengganggu sekali. -cek foto. Kasurnya ambless, dan bunyi. Menghawatirkan kalo buat tidur 2org. Untung saya sendirian.

Hotelnya nyaman dan bersih, pegawainya ramah, cuma sayangnya siaran TV kadang hilang jadi membosankan di kamar karena tidak ada hiburan. Semoga bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi fasilitasnya.

Room design is not made for comfort, just everything available, the smell is so pathetic. bathroom smelly and not clean. enough, towel is dirty to use for my standard not white as you know. breakfast is cold, warm is better isn't it.
