Sangat memgecewakan. Family room sangat kotor. Kondisi tidak sebanding dengan harga yang diterapkan, yang relatif mahal di kota kecil. Sprei dan sarung bantal bikin gatal, tampak tidak dicuci. Walaupun rugi sudah membayar, kami memutuskan pindah penginapan.

I didn't enjoy anything. It 's old, dirty, lack of maintenance. I couldn't survive for one night there. The room close to the road is so noisy from traffic.

Saya pilih hotel ini untuk istirahat menemani ibu yang di rawat di RSUD sumedang. Jaraknya dari RSUD agak lumayan jauh. Fasilitasnya biasa saja, ac kamar tidak dingin, kamar mandi tanpa air hangat. Sarapan lumayan, nasi goreng di antarkan ke kamar.

Kloset kamar No. 19 tidak bisa flush, harus pake gayung untuk menyiramnya. Shower tidak berfungsi, tempat sampah ketika saya masuk masih ada bekas sampah yang belum dibersihkan bekas yang check out sebelumnya mungkin. Pelayanan oke hanya masalah sarana dan kebersihanya saja yang kurang optimal.

Sore kami datang setelah hujan reda air keran kotor, katanya karena bak penampungan air kena hujan. Sore hingga malam kami tidak bisa mandi baru air agak jernih saat pagi. Pagi cobain boker eh wc mampet. Saat cek kamar, di bed cover ada muntahan kucing. Jadi kami ganti kamar. Kamar terasa lembab dan bau apek. Pelayanan payah. Pengalaman terburuk dalam menginap. Kesel banget. Tambahannya ada di foto.

harga dan fasilitas yg disediakan tdk sesuai. sangat mengecewakan, harga saat walk in dan Traveloka terpaut jauh, lbh murah walk in dan itupun masih tidak sesuai dengan fasilitas yg ada, banyak hotel lain dgn hrg setara tapi fasilitas jauh lbh baik

Untuk fasilitas yang saya dapat menurut saya overprice, complimentary yang didapat juga hanya handuk dan 2 buah body soap, Sikat dan pasta gigi harus beli terpisah. Penyajian sarapan hanya diletakkan di depan pintu tanpa di tutup sehingga kebersihannya kurang terjamin.

It was beyond our expectation. The hotel was the last one with rooms available on that day in town. By the time we checked in, they gave us a room in the new building that was not really ready. But for basic necessity, it was all ok, except towel. We enjoyed the large space, new furniture (despite the smell), air cond working well, bathroom amazing except we run out hot water after 3rd person took the shower. Breakfast was served to your door. Some parts of furniture were dusty but I don't mind to wipe. Parking space is a bit limited. I struggled to squeeze my car in. But with such situations (ied holiday week) I am really gratefull to spend a night here. I realized they might run out of people into work since it was the holiday week. Hopefully, they can complete the building soon, maintain cleanliness perfectly and keep improving the service with a decent price. Oh, and great location! If you hungry or want something else for breakfast, you'll find streetfoods within walking distance.

Gila sih ini hotel. Untuk harga 350 ribu ini hotel tidak banget. Di bekasi atau jakarta 350 sudah dapat hotel yang lumayan kok. AC-nya pun hanya pajangan saja, tidak bisa dinyalaain. Katanya memang ni kamar tanpa AC. (padahal AC terpasang rapi). Pelayannya gila ramahnya haha (kebalikannya ya). Kalau tidak kepepat banget jangan sih mndingan. Cari hotel lain saja. Tidak banget aslinya.
