我为一位从外地来的朋友预订了这家酒店，他要来参加2026年波诺罗戈国家雷奥格节（Grebeg Suro）期间的活动。他在这里住得很开心。酒店舒适干净，员工友善，价格也合理（因为格雷贝格苏罗节期间通常人满为患，价格也会上涨）。酒店位置也很便利，就在波诺罗戈县的中心地带。

Nginap di kamar family vip 1, katanya ada air panas, tapi ternyata nggak keluar air panasnya, dapat sarapan walaupun menu sangat terbatas, padahal kamar untuk 4 orang tapi kupon sarapan untuk 2 orang, yang 2 orang harus bayar sendiri tapi ga papa sih murah cuma 20 ribu per orang. AC juga nggak dingin, jadi cuma suaranya aja yang keras tapi nggak dingin, jadi berasa nggak nginep di hotel deh. Tolong diperbaharui lagi fasilitas-fasilitas kamarnya yah, jangan seperti itu.

Kami pernah stay semalem di Hotel Ponorogo Permai, untuk tempat dan lokasi sangat strategis deket dengan alun-alun. Yang cuma kami kecewakan ketika ada barang kami tertinggal dan kami konfirmasi dengan pihak hotel, mereka sudah menginfokan kalau ada barang kami yang tertinggal dan kami meminta tolong untuk mengirimkan barang tersebut sesuai alamat yang sudah kami berikan dan kami juga sudah infokan bahwa mengenai biaya packing dan pengiriman akan kami cover kalo sudah di kirim. Setelah beberapa hari kami tunggu tidak ada respond lagi dari pihak hotel, dan untungnya kami mempunyai sahabat yang tinggal tidak jauh dari hotel tersebut maka kami memutuskan untuk meminta tolong untuk mengambil barang kami. Masukan dari kami semoga ke depan jika ada barang tamu yang tertinggal mohon untuk kerja samanya untuk di kirim ke pemiliknya. Terima kasih.

Kami 1 keluarga (suami istri dengan 3 orang anak masing-masing usia 10 tahun, 8 tahun & 6 tahun) booking via aplikasi di hotel tersebut. Kapasitas kamar tertera 2 orang dewasa. Setelah check in kami berlima masuk kamar. Tidak berapa lama datang petugas hotel memberitahu bahwa kamar hanya boleh diisi 2 orang. Jadi jika kami ada 5 orang harus booking setidaknya 2 kamar lagi. Kami sebagai 1 keluarga dengan 3 anak kecil keberatan karena anak-anak kami tidak mau/berani tidur dengan kamar terpisah-pisah. Tetapi pihak hotel menegaskan bahwa hal itu sudah menjadi aturan di hotel tersebut. Jadi hati-hati buat keluarga dengan jumlah anggota keluarga lebih dari 2 orang yang booking hotel ini.

Keadaan hotelnya lebih mirip ke homestay/kos, di area depan sblum hotel ada toko oleh-oleh dan live music DJ, reception terletak di tengah setelah toko oleh², terpisah dengan area kamar tamu, kalau malam ada lampu warna warni, bagus untuk foto². Area kamar standart, realpicture seperti yang tertera di deskripsi hotel, handuk hanya diberi 1 (padahal kami menginap ber3), free minum 2botol, sabun 1 buah dan tidak ada sikat+pasta gigi, overall bagus, nyaman untuk istirahat.

Kamar twin dapatnya single, kelas hotel deluxe kayak kos-kosan. Kecewa bangetlah photo di aplikasi sangat tidak sesuai dengan real pict. katanya bisa di batalin sampai tujuan tidak bisa. kagak jelaslah.

Kamar kurang bersih, tembok ada bercak-bercak entah apa, bau rokok, kamar mandi lumayan tp pinggir-pinggir nya dan pembuangannya hitam berkerak, tidak diberi selimut astaga. Tidak ada lampu tidur. Ada kecoak mati. Sarapan enak, tempat strategis. Itu aja.
