Ini hotel sudah lama banget berdirinya, kyknya blm tersentuh renovasi ya.. banyak bagian2 hotel dan kamar yg sudah rusak dan perlu direnov, klo tdk, bakal kalah sama hotel2 lain sekelasnya yg ratenya tdk jauh berbeda.. so far kamar sdh out of date, kamar mandi walau sy pesan yg deluxe tp tetap menggunakan bak mandi, tidak ada shower, pintu kamar mandi sudah patah engselnya dan tidak dapat ditutup. AC sih masih dingin, tp selimut terlalu tipis. Interior kamar perlu di update.. kesan jadulnya berasa banget.. soal keramahan sih no komplain ya.. resepsionis cukup ramah, proses cek in dan cek out pun sangat lancar..

Pas masuk kamar AC sangat tidak dingin bau ruangan pelayanan resepsionis kurang nyaman, masuk kamar langsung saya keluar semoga aja uang nya bisa dibalikin karena belum sempat mau tidur pas masuk aja sangat kurang menyenangkan. Masukan perbaiki lagi pelayanan juga kenyamanan fasilitas ruangan maupun kamar AC gak dingin bau ruangan juga fasilitas kamar mandi gak ada air panas.

Lokasi hotel ini dekat dengan masjid Istiqlal dan mudah mencari transportasinya. Akan tetapi lingkungan hotel kurang terawat, jalannya bolong bolong, kamar juga tampak lama, tembok menghitam didekat AC, saat dibuka kamar pengap bau jamur serta tembok serta plafonnya terlihat basah karena air. Semoga ke depannya, hotel ini mengalami peremajaan, pengecatan ulang dan pembenahan dibagian dalam kamar dan lingkungan hotelnya. Sukses selalu.

This hotel was wonderful during its age a years ago. Due to COVID-19 pandemic I suppose to think that, the management has to reduce its maintenance on their premises. The cons (-) 1. The room was so old fashioned, the TV was broken, and the wardrobe also totally come from ages before my birth, maybe late 90 's but I think it came from teak wood (kayu jati) with Javanese or Jepara style. 2. The bed and its sheet was so crimpled yet clean. The spring were squeaky but overall the spring bed still comfortable to lay on it. 3. The toilet was totally messed up, no flush worked so well, so you must flushed it with a waterscoop. So if you have a business on it, do pleased it as normally Indonesian 😂. 4. No clothes hanger on bathroom, you must put your freshly clothes outside the bath. The pros (+): 1. The room was OK, quiet clean and tidy. 2. The bathroom was clean. 3. Water on the bathroom was plenty and you can enjoy nice bath (no shower because there 's no shower tap) 4. You got a pair of towels, an amenities (2 soapbar, a pair of toothpastes and toothbrushes) 5. We got a balcony outside our room with 2 old fashioned sofa for seating and functioning as living room. (You can accept and serve your guest who visiting you on this balcony) 6. The location was totally perfect, near train station and perfectly in city center. Absolutely fabulous and nice location.
